This is just my opinion, please don't be hatin' if you have other thoughts, but I am interested in hearing (or viewing as the case would be) about what you define the two as.
First of all, I never really got into "wicca" and explored all of its beliefs. What I did find though, was a lot of ritual, etc. Mind you, I think it is a lovely religion, just not for me.
I consider myself a witch, but not wiccan. A friend who knows my beliefs and practices defines me as an "eclectic pagan", and for lack of a better term I agree. I do not do rituals. I do use candles and incense, and crystals, and herbs. I feel a close connection with the earth. I believe in a goddess and a god. I meditate and do yoga. I am a bright, social teenager. I do some partying. Most days you'll see me in jeans and a teeshirt or tank top, or sweatshirt depending on the weather here in new england. On a daily basis my makeup contains a thin swipe of black eyeliner on my lower lid and lipgloss.
