I like green day because their music is amazing.
Their music speaks to me.As corny as it sounds it's true.
I can relate to what is being said.
Good Riddence is a ******** you to billie joe,mike and tre's old friends who just kinda left them.And I'm going thought that right now.So I understand what they are saying.
I don't think there is any other band who has done that to me.
Thats why I love Green Day.

They are who they are. I love their music it just speaks the truth.

Their music is fun and filled with energy. The stuff you blast in the car when you're going 80 miles an hour.
And the lyrics can be really emotional too. Billie's really a poet. You can see that in the BIAB interviews.
Green Day just has this infectious sound. When you watch live performances, you can feel their energy, their passion, their emotion - you want to be a part of it. That's what their music does to me.

Simple. I just kinda "feel" what they're saying. (Debbrs: It does sound corny when you say it! xd ) If I am incredibly upset, I turn on any song ('cept Good Riddance) and I'll start beaming and singing along.
And their completely out of their minds.
