Security Task Manager:
Gives you a good view of what's a good or bad process going on. I remember this one being good at closing particular proceses, child processes. Only downside is that this is only a 30 day trial.

They have a 15 day trial you can use, or you can buy it. Very good program. Has basicly all the features of the ones you posted also. Just like the downside to the second one, this is only 15 day trial.
