I agree with you with everything in your rant. ninja I can't stand tweens who look like wanna-be whores, it makes me sick.
However, it was taught in one of my college's psychology/criminology classes that how one dresses has nothing to do with them being kidnapped or raped, or anything like that. It's to do with the mind of the disturbed person and whatnot.

Actually, studies in America show that unconciously, people usually look for a couple things.
Long hair: For a good, controlling grip.
Tank tops: A small cut or rip of straps, and you have very quick, easy access.
Short skirts: No need to even fight with pants or anything.
It's all about control, and quick and easy access.
ANyway, my turn for a rant:
I'm just really bitchy lately. My fuse is short, and my kid's pushing my buttons.
I don't know what's wrong with me, but I'm getting really tired of snapping at people, and of yelling at my kid.
Argh.
