Question, for some odd reason last night I was REALLY hyper, and I don't know why. And I dont mean normal hyper, I mean i was constantly laughing (for no reason what-so-ever) and jumping up n down.. and oddly enough, I'm normall slightly tired by 12:30 AM.... any ideas??

Tell us a little more about your day up to that point. Maybe that can give us some clues about why you might be so hyped up.

Actually from my constant studies of staying up late... experiencing a surge of hyper energy is not uncommon. I've seen people who've only slept for 2 hours act as if they were on stimulant drugs. I myself stop feeling sleepy after it gets a little too late. Apparently your senses begin to sharpen and everything is felt a little more acutely... thus the laughter. You don't feel tired but your body is tired so it loosens up a bit. When you're tired... a lot more things are funnier than they would normally be.
