how do u post a new jutsu on ur pro? evrytime i go to do it, my pro just says quote, not edit.

You have to ask a crew member to unlock the thread, that's all.
They lock them to keep people from posting unapproved profiles and going in and doing stuff at random.

You could ask any crew member really. Tosh, Broken, and Shadows are the captains so they really have the final say over everything, but depending on what village your character's in you might want to ask someone else.

I have a question for whoever can answer it for me. Now since when it comes down to it, your int needs to be higher then other peoples to break out of a genjutsu then wouldn't that mean that all jutsus used to break out of them are meaningless. When I say this i mean all of us making jutsus to break out of genjutsus but when evaluating we must at least change the fact that our int must be higher. But if thats the case then wouldn't that mean it's just a waste of chakra to use the jutsu since if your int is already higher you don't need the jutsu and if your int is lower then the jutsu would be useless anyway.
So basically my point is. Is there any real reason into making jutsus like this?

just kidding but, i would assume that they are good if they have two effects like ... reversing genjutsu. and getting out of genjutsu. or if you just have really low int. like me. ^.^
