Journal Entry #4

Dear Diary,

We met our first fellow kyber and owner duo today. We had decided to go buy the monkey and bumped into them at the store. Or, rather, Elizabeth bumped into them. There was Will, a wonderfully polite boy. I think Elizabeth is rather taken with him. The mother was a woman named Akuma. She obviously cares very much for Will. They had a ferret named Rukia, and she jumped on Elizabeth, much to my daughter's consternation. She fell and brought poor Will down with her, but he was very nice about it and even helped her up. I'm thinking about calling them over one day to help us with Will, our new monkey.

Yes, she named him after that kyber we met.

Luckily for us, like his namesake, Will is nice and neat. He was already trained, and all we need to do is memorize the commands in the book the cashier kindly provided us with. He's actually very self-sufficient. I was surprised. Rather handy to have around, to tell the truth. I can actually let him run up and down my limbs without shaking him off. Elizabeth, however, is not so accomodating (though I can't blame her with her experience with poor Rukia) and Will is only allowed to touch her on her hands. Sometimes she'll let him ride on her shoulder, but more often than not, he tries to run down her arm, and Little Lizzy doesn't care too much for that. Still, she is delighted to have a pet. Maybe this was a good thing.
