Jubilee lay on her back, staring up at the ceiling from her bed. She was holding one hand in the air and pointing at the burn mark on the white paint. She sighed, shot a spark, watched it hit, then shot another spark.
Kida had left to visit her boyfriend..thing...whatever he was. Mal was potting in her room. Imbri was attending to the new baby and Lady Locks was nibbling grass in her room.
And Jubilee was bored. Very, very bored.

Suddenly, in the middle of the room there was rather loud bang as though a million party poppers had gone off, accompanied by a large cloud of pink smoke. Glittery confetti flying everywhere! There was even happy music playing as the smoke cleared to reveal a green haired boy, floating just above a green stage.
"HI! I'M COSMO! Your FAIRY GOD PARENT!" He pointed the wand in his hand behind him, the words "Fairy God Parent" Howing up in bright lights behind him. "YAAAY!"

Jubilee shrieked and covered her ears. What the heck was that loud noise??
She sat up on her bed and stared at the spectacle. Well...it was the Magic Kingdom, she guessed anything was possible here...this was just pretty crazy.
"Um...Hi...I'm, I'm Jubilee." she said, giggling at the strange green haired boy floating above her head.

Cosmo just remained suspended in mid air until he decided to plop himself on the floor looking rather tired, but grinning all the while.
"I-I'm Your.. Your Fairy God parent!" He repeated quite breathlessly.
It had taken quite a bit of magic to just locate the sadest child, and then just poof here! That, and ALOT of concentration, which tired out Cosmo's brain rather quickly.
"Just gimme a moment!"

"You said that already," Jubilee observed, giggling. This one was none to bright.
"So, um..." she watched him fall to the ground. "Why do I have a Fairy GodParent?"

Cosmo looked puzzled for a moment, his little wings flapping in thought. "Oh! OH! I KNOW! CAUSE YA MISERABLE!"
He beamed from where he was sat on the floor, grabbing both his feet and rocking back and forth. He wasn't one for being suttle about things.

Jubilee tilted her head. "Fairy GodParents are given to...miserable kids?"
She paused, thinking. "Well...I don't know if I'm particularly horriflicly miserable. I mean, I don't have a mean babysitter that tortures me, but my Mommah is always with her new baby now, and Kida hates me...and Maleficent wants to take over the world..."
Now that she thought about it, she was kind of overlooked.
