*Quickly Ausi's paws took her, fleeing to the large rock that she had been coming to for weeks now, waiting to see if Fedah would show. He had been gone for so long now; inside the tiny lioness was ripping herself apart for laving him on such a bad note. With a deep sigh she sat herself down upon the rock and relaxed her paws. Rolling her eyes to the ground Ausi stopped and smiled to herself. Before her lay the stone that she had found for Fedha- at least it wasn't lost.*
Indeed it hadn't been lost, Fedha was still debating on what to do with the stone. He'd moved it out of the grass the same day they'd parted. His mother had told him about a trip to the outlands, and it had been making him dream many different things. He wasn't looking forward to the trip very much, but Denge was. So he was also debating if he should say good bye to the female or not, seeing as he had big plans once he got out of the lands. He let his too-big paws bring him toward his rock, for some reason just knowing she was waiting there. Perhaps why he'd avoided it the last few days.
*With a soft sigh Ausi moved herself over and rested her head upon her front paws. She didn't know why she waited, but for some reason she did. Even when her father told her not to, and it was cold out. Twitching her ears back the female looked to her side and gasped slightly. Fedha?! Moving to her paws she sat up right and said nothing, recalling what happened the last time the two spoke.*
Fedha spotted her and rolled his eyes slightly. He lept up onto the rock, stretching out. He sat himself down, watching her for a bit. His tail flicked a little. "I'm going on a trip tomorrow." He said, no greeting or anything
"What..?"
*Asui's eyes narrowed slightly. A trip?- to where? With a soft tone she sat up and spoke, her eyes never gracing his form.*
"I am sorry about the other day.-"
*She nodded, her eyes lacing her paws. She felt bad- and what was this trip he spoke of?*
"When will you be back?"
He ignored her apology all together, he thought those things were awkward. "I'm not sure. My mum wants me to see the pridelands, or something." He shrugged lightly. "I don't know how long it'll take..."
*Frowning slightly she said nothing. Inside she could feel her emotions building up inside. What an awful feeling. Ausi felt as if something inside of her was being dug out. He only friend, leaving.*
"..."
*Whining slightly she looked away and moved herself to the side, facing away from him all together.*
Fedha looked confused, and a bit disgusted at the noise and action. "Come off it, it's not like I'm off to kill myself or anything." He said suddenly, shifting uneasily. Was she really that upset about him going? Or maybe it was because he'd said nothing about her apology. "Listen the other day was fine.. whatever, I'm over that.."

*Her bleu eyes slowly pulled upward as he spoke- why did she feel so alone? In a way she knew he would go- but she felt something attach to him. She would never cling to him because she knew he would hate it... so for now all she could do was wait until he left. No matter what she wouldn’t forget him- and when she grew she would find him again, that’s what she told herself as she eyed him.*
"Alright then... until you leave can I stay here with you? If you want to be alone I can understand."

Damn, it was confusing having someone this attached to you. He would have to get her to leave before Denge was around to collect him.. Denge would no doubt be curious about her son and his little friend.
Should he tell her about what he thought, about the dreams he'd been having of this trip? Two dreams had kept tangling into each other. One always ended in blood and feathers, and Fedha was sure it had something to do with his death... the other... well he thought it might be worse than death. He didn't understand though.. such a trip would be short, he wouldn't be anywhere long enough for anything so severe to happen. Either of those endings would happen years from now.
"I guess you can." He muttered, tail flicking as he looked up to the sky.

*Moving herself to sit down again the tiny female eyed over at Fedha lightly, her paws pressing against one another.*
"What are you thinking about right now?"
*This was odd- she knew he didn’t like t have questions tossed at him but right now she couldn’t help it. If he was going to be gone then she needed to have this time to really get to know him, even if for a short while.*
