Wait. W-T-F, RAJ!? (First Clinic Visit) It was a sudden choice and Rian had no chance to say no. Sure, they had talked about adoption once or twice.. But one of those times Raj was drunk and the other time Rian was sick and delusional. He never really took to mind that Raj really did want a child. But, now, it seemed he had to.. He was being dragged from his comfy little apartment he shared with his lover to this.. this.. place..
And supposedly, Raj had no idea about the male anatomy.
"It's not going to work." the demon muttered as Raj threw open the door the the clinic, a determind expression on his face. "You're going to be laughed at and I'm going to be pissed." His lover ignored him, starting up to the front desk. "Damnit, Raj, get back -"
Then there were those words that made Rian slap himself on the head.
"Can I buy a baby?" Raj crowed, hopping a bit. "Or.. can he have a baby? He kept on saying stuff like -"
"Why are you bringing me into this!?"
--
Kana looks up from the front desk, glasses on his face as usual. He smiles up at the two and chuckles, "Hello. How exactly can I help you two?"
--
Rian muttered a few choice words under his breath, stretching his arms out in front of him. "Hell if I know." Raj sent him a Look. "What?"
"I want a kid. And I don't care what you say, damnit, I'm gunna make it happen." There was such a stern look on his face, Rian couldn't help but laugh.
".. I swear, Kid, you're going to ruin me.."
--
The man raises an eyebrow and chuckles again, "You can have a kid, sir. With current technology, its' now possible for us males to have children ourselves." He nods, black hair falling into his face, only to be brushed aside.
--
Raj let out an unearthly squeal. "Really!? HAH! I told you!" he howled, turning to face Rian, prodding the man in his chest. "So we have to have a kid. And you owe me a decent dinner." The demon raised his eyebrow, but kept his mouth shut. "Anywayyy.." Raj turned around, smiling brightly at the man. "What do we DO, then?"
"Wait, we're seriously going to do this!?" Rian cut in, looking alarmed. "We don't have stuff.. we don't have enough money to support more then us!" Raj waved it off, clearing his throat.
"Ignore him. He's clueless."
--
Kana smiles, enjoying the ones enthusiasm. "Its' simple really. We either place your prefered DNA into your stomach with a little bit more science technology. Or, if you wish to make it real easy and don't mind magic, one of our magicians will place a Life spell in whomever the mother will be. Or, you may have the child grown in a test tube until it's old enough to come out." he mentally thinks about his own child, Thomas, safe and sound in his own tube.
--
There was a moment of silence before Rian hissed something in Raj's ear. The human shrugged, crossing his arms over his chest. "Hummm.." he started, looking up to the ceiling. "Magic'd be easier, right? And cleaner.." Rian snorted.
"Since when have you cared about how clean things'd be?" Raj huffed. "Anyway.. I don't want you going through all that mess.."
"Thanks for volunteering, love!" Raj cooed, holding up Rian's hand. The demon looked stunned, again. "He'll do the magic thing!"
--
Kana chuckles again, "Magic it is. Who'll the mother figure be? Just to be clear." he nods, "And I'll be needing your names and what soul and essense you'll like to use." he slips a brochure up onto the counter, smiling.
--
Another moment of silence. Rian finally let out a slow sigh, muttering, "I'll do the.. mother thing. Raj doesn't need to go beserk." Raj let out a squeal, kissing the demon's cheek. "Nnmf. I'm Rian Sato, if you need last names, that is.. and he's Raj."
"Yoshida! He doesn't want to change his name and -" Raj chirped, being cut off again.
"Anyway.. What are our choices?"
"I want something sweet.."
--
Clicking his heard as he types thier information down, scanning through the clinic records for something 'sweet'. "Well, we have a faerie soul and demon horn essense in stock, um. Ah, wood elf and leviathon scale." names off a few other things.
--
"Leviathon would slaughter us. One way or another." Rian sighed, shutting his eyes for a moment. This really wasn't..
"Let's do the faerie thing. Maybe it'll be sweet with little wings!" Raj chirped, bouncing again. Rian laughed softly, shaking his head.
"You forgot about the demon thing.."
"Aaah, but you're a demon-thing! And you're sweet."
Rian cleared his throat, choosing to ignore Raj's comment. ".. Guess the faerie and the demon horn."
--
The doctor nods and types something on the computer, turning in his seat to face the back room. "Licen! Come and do a life spell please."
A young hybrid slips out of the back room, a smile on his face. His labcoat reads Licenziare, an interesting colored horn spiraling from his forehead, ears twitching beside his head. "Yes'sir." he glances at the two other males, stepping around the desk. "Follow me please." he chirps happily, heading down a hallway, a long tail with fluff on the end flicks from underneath the coat.
--
Raj gripped Rian's arm, chattering about how he couldn't believe this was happening. Rian was thinking along the same lines. Eventually, the human tugged Rian down the hallway, hopping happily, humming.. This was going to be perfect! "So how does this work, exactly?" Rian finally croaked. What had he gotten himself into?
--
Licen steps into a room and motions to the hospital bed in the corner, "Hop up and I'll place the spell. It'll be quick and you won't feel a single thing." the youth smiles softly and nods, shutting the door behind the two others. "With this spell, the chance of the child being healthy are higher than anywhere else."
--
Rian let out a slow sigh, being pulling into the room by a giggling Raj. "This is awesome! You guys have to have a lot of people coming here.." The human beamed, prodding his lover's stomach. Rian growled quietly, sitting on the hospital bed and clutching the ends. "Don't be nervous. He said it was painless.."
--
"In a way we do." Licen smiles and stands in front of Rian, a few feet away. "It really is painless. The only way you'll even be able to tell i'm actually doing the spell is by my eyes." He chuckles and twitches his tail, eyes locked onto the demons' stomach to make the spell work much better, his eyes starting to glow a soft golden color, the green fading away.
--
Rian winced slightly, expecting some odd feeling.. But, really, nothing. He cracked an eye open, grumbling under his breath when he heard Raj giggle. "'s not funny." he whined, pouting as a young child would do. Raj shrugged, bouncing again.
"Is it almost done!?"
--
A smile spreads across the hybrids face as he chuckles, eyes fading back to green. "Yes, it's done. You'll need to come back in about a week for a check up." he nods, chuckling softly as he places his hands on his hips, happy for the two and wishing them wonderful luck.
--
Rian let out a small squeak as he was tackling by a squealing, giggling, babbling Raj. "Thankyouthankyouthankyouthankyou!" the human crowed, cuddling his lover. "Aaah, a week.. can do!" He paused, pulling back a bit, looking at an amused Rian.
".. Oh, no."
"SHOPPING, LET'S GO!" Raj exclaimed, grabbing Rian's wrist and tugging him out of the room.
--
Licen peers out of the office, watching the two, or rather, Rian be dragged off to shop by Raj. "Have fun you two!"

Dear Thing ('cause I don't do diaries or journals) -
Rian's pissy lately. Like.. even more so. I don't know why - aren't hormone inbalances.. and.. stuff supposed to be for women? Bah, anyway, that isn't the point I'm venting here. It's the fact that stuff is already decided, that there's really no way to reverse things, and Rian still isn't up for the idea.
Why didn't he say something in the first place!?
Sara sent me a book of baby names the other day, and I was flipping through it. Suggesting names and all that fun stuff. Rian just glared at me - he never used to do that! Aaargh.. I'll never get this right..
I think it's either he's really nervous or.. or.. I don't know. He really doesn't want the kid. And if it's the latter, what's going to happen? Will he just.. dump the kid on me and leave? Or be a total a** until the kid's grown up and left us?
Or..
I don't know, I don't want to get stressed around him. He'll yell and get upset because he thinks I'm really really upset and then something might hurt the baby like he'll start drinking or smoke or something and -
Okay.
Run-on sentence.
Maybe I'm worrying too much..
He doesn't seem to be too upset now..
Whatever, he's calling me over, I better haul my a** over before he pitches a fit.
Raj
P.S. if he sees this, ISTILLLOVEYOUOKAY

It's a GIRL YAY
Rian had nearly forgot about having to go to the clinic again. Raj had been busy lately - buying nearly everything in sight and then some. So, Rian, feeling extremely frustrated, had forced Raj to stay home one day to either (a) yell and grumble and growl all he wanted or (b) .. uhm. Other things.
Raj didn't seem to like the idea of staying home and decided this would be a good opportunity to go get that check-up.
And, so, for the second time, Rian was dragged against his will into that clinic. "Urgh, do we have to today?"
"'course!" Raj chirped, not bothering to wrestle his lover to the front desk and simply hopping on up. "Rian's here for the whole.. check-up thing.." Licen pops his head up from under the desk, a wide grin on his face. He stands up, dusting himself off and setting a bunch of files on top of it. "Nice to see you two again." he glances at Rian, noticing the other males' tummy. "I see things have gone well so far?" he asks curiously, fixing the files quickly, setting thier file aside. "I'm bitchy, I'm tired, and I'm se -" Rian was cut off by Raj's harsh glare. "And.. I'm not able to do what I used to be able to do." Raj looked fairly satisfied, glancing over to Licen.
"Things are going well, in my opinion! He's really.. well, like he said, he's grumpy, but that's kinda normal.. Hum." Raj looked thoughtful before shrugging. "Don't think we did anything really wrong.." Licen surpresses a laugh, settling with a soft giggle. "Well, that all is what comes' along with bearing children. I know exactly how you feel Rian." his eyes seem to hold a hint of pain, but it fades almost instantly. He steps around the desk with thier file in hand, heading down the hallway to the left, glancing behind himself, "This way please." Rian seemed to be the only one that caught the look, Raj bouncing happily after Licen. "Hum. So you have children?" Rian asked after a moment, waddling (though he'd never admit it) after his lover and the.. doctor? Magician? Well, whatever. "Or," he said something he normally would never even think about uttering, "Should I not ask?"
Raj looked momentarily stunned, turning a bit to gawk at the demon. Licen chuckles softly, brushing his hair out of his face. "It's fine. I'm mostly the main reason why this place even does what it does." he nods, "I did once. They died shortly after birth though." he nods softly this time, silent for a moment. Finally he chuckles, smiling at the two, "But that's not the matter at hand you two. It's supposed to be a happy time. No need to worry on the horrid past." he nods and steps up beside a room. "In here please." he chirps happily. Rian simply gave a nod, Raj frowning a bit. "Ahh.. Well, maybe this place can help you out at sometime or another? 's supposed to work like that, right?" the human said hesitantly, watching his lover step silently into the room. "Gah, make some sort of comment!"
"'s get this over with." Rian muttered, looking around the room. "What all is going to happen in here?" Licens' smile now seemed to hold a hint of saddness, "I could try again, but it's still too early for me. Plus, I like helping others." he nods and follows them in. "Well, since you had the life spell done, all I really have to do is use another drop of magic to take a look at how things are going in there. We'll also place the soul in, though you probably won't see it." he pulls a small blue collored vial out and sets it on the desk. The thing seemed empty, but if one looked extremely close and squinted a bit, they could make out the faint outlines of the hovering spirit. Raj trotted over to the desk, moving down a bit to look at the bottle at eye-level. "Is it weird that I can't see a thing?" Rian snorted, muttering that he could and taking a seat, leaning back.
"Nope." Rian sighed, looking thoughtful for a moment.
"What all can we find out?" Raj asked, standing back up and glancing to Licen. He knew better then to push the subject of the other's children.
"Well, I believe I'll be able to tell the gender, but that's always a little confusing at this stage. Though most of the time I'm correct on the gender and how many are in there." he smiles sweetly, tail twitching. "I'll also be able to tell exactly how well your child is doing, health issue wise."
Raj looked ecstatic, while Rian simply shrugged. "As long as you can find out if it's all right.." he muttered. Raj glanced towards him, raising his eyebrows.
"But I wanna find out the gender.." he mumbled, moving to seat himself beside the demon. "Will he feel anything?"
THe hybrid shakes his head, "He won't. But the little one may shift about some." he nods softly now, eyes starting to fade to gold as he kicked in the spell.
Raj let out a small squeal, leaning back and resting his chin on the demon's knee, staring fixedly at his stomach. Rian looked fairly amused, shrugging a bit and leaning back into the seat more. "Anything I need to do?"
"Nope. Just sit back and relax." the youths' voice seemed a little odd, mostly because he was now tapped into his source of magic and his voice was now thick with the effect of the powerful magic. After a little bit, his eyes fade back to the green and grins. "Wonderful news."
Oddly enough, both looked fairly excited, an expression Rian showed very rarely. "So? 's the news, then?" the demon asked after a moment, Raj pushing himself to his feet. "I guess everything's going well? You're not saying something like the kid's not doing well or -"
"Shuuush, Rian!" Licen laughs, eyes dancing more, "No, everything is perfectly fine. You are, in fact, carrying only one child. One lifeforce besides your own Rian." he nods, "And it's a darling little girl."
Rian jumped, looking surprised. Raj let out a small squeal, eyes widening. "It's a girl!" he exclaimed, jumping up and down. Rian paused before grinning widely.
".. Wow?" he squeaked, automatically glancing down to glance at his stomach. "Wow."
Licen wanted to cry tears of joy, remembering when he'd first found out he was pregnant. Sure, he wanted girls too, but if he went to the place he was from , he'd have only boys. "Congratulations you two." he nods, eyes sparkling happily.
Rian smiled at the man, letting out an 'oof' when Raj nearly tackled him, squealing into his chest. "Thank you." he cleared his throat, patting his lover on the back. "Thanks a lot. Ah.." he let out a slow sigh, watching with an amused look as Raj leaned down to plant a kiss on his fairly large stomach. "Good luck with.. things.. when you can again, or.. something."
Licen wanted to hug the demon so much right then, but he was actually a bit nervous of the other male, and he was currently having his tummy kissed by the other. "Thank you. I appreciate it." he nods, "And your welcome."
Rian nodded a bit, letting Raj cuddle him for a moment before carefully sliding his arms under the other's and lifting him up. "I don't think we can stay here all day." he muttered, patting the human's head and pushing himself up. "Ah, again, thanks."
"I'd hug you if I didn't think that would be awkward." Raj smiled at Licen.
Licen laughs softly, "Hugs are never awkward Raj. Especially between family....even if we really aren't family at the same time." he smiles softly.
Raj grinned, immediately bouncing over to the magician and giving him an almost bone-crushing hug, babbling about how he was so grateful and this was perfect. Rian rolled his eyes, the grin never leaving his face.
Licen hugs him back happily, letting out a happy giggle as his tail twitched back and forth, almost wagging with glee. "I'm glad your happy."
"Very happy." Raj smiled brightly, watching Rian already head out the door. ".. He's leaving me. Um, thanks again! I hope to see you again!" Raj let go of the other, waving quickly before hopping after Rian, another squeal able to be heard.

I really don't know to be shocked or happy or depressed or what Mom always wanted each of us to have boys so the whole name-sake thing would pass on, but, you know, I think that dream was done when I decided that I wouldn't leave Raj. So she can bite me. It's a girl. I'm happy. I don't have to deal with some Raj wants the name to be Ria, but I think that sounds.. uh, a lot like mine. So I don't know what to say to him. I like the name Rika but that'd remind me of the whole sister thing and that would work. Whatever. It's moving now, by the way. Should I start calling it she? Or.. not.. He DID say he couldn't be sure, but then there was that confirmation that it was a girl and.. I guess we'll wait. Whatever. Whateverwhateverwhatever. I should be happy. But maybe that's just 'cause it's still not out yet and that's really annoying and.. I'm hungry.. Or the kid's hungry.. The doctor-magician-guy (Licensomethingoranother) made me feel bad without meaning to, I think. I don't feel bad. It's not me. But (like always) whatever. Raj seemed symathetic. I say get over it. Or.. whatever.. I didn't say that.. Or think it.. but.. Forget it. Raj gave me a lecture about how since it was close to birth I couldn't do anything weird and had to be really careful. Bah. I swear - the kid kicked once and he stopped ranting to squeal like a little girl. This is going to be weird. -- Rian

While Rian's busy, I'm going to write this.
Ria's here! It's been a looooong time, but she's here! .. She's been here for a while, actually.. Anyway, she's a sweetie! Already learning to talk, believe it or not! She can't walk, but she's like.. a parrot. With really awesome hair. She can imitate stuff we say..
Which isn't really a good thing, now that I think about it.
I'll talk to Rian 'bout it.
Whatever! Not the point! Ria's -
((Yes, there is a point of stopping right there. <3 Wait and.. watch? See?))

Raj is so pissed at me. I swear it - I didn't do a single thing wrong! It just looks like I didn't watch her.
Let me explain. Raj was having a bit of alone time, since these past few days have ment he's had to take care of the kid. I've been having 'those' times and.. Yeah. It wouldn't exactly be safe for me to be around the kid when I'm not exactly in my right mind. It was kinda wearing off, so Raj started whining and I took the kid to go play while he did God-knows-what.
Anyway. I'd left for HALF A SECOND and suddenly there's this screaming and.. and crying and.. You know. You get the picture.
I rush back to the room and Ria had cut this huge line down her leg using something or another (seriously, nothing around!) and was bleeding all over the carpet. And she was just blinking and sitting there. (She must take after her grandmother.) The screaming and crying was coming from Raj, who was flailing in the doorway. He must have snuck in when I went to go to the restroom.
Well, you know, I guess it's just because she's got my blood in her, but the wound 'sealed up' within about half an hour. She's all.. awkward right now, I'm debating trying to contact my sister or not. Because she did loose a decent amount of blood..
But I do that all the time!
But she's little
But she's
Whatever. I say that too much, now that I think about it.
Just thought it was important to take out my frustration.
