I dont have any pics or anything but here is a basic Push hand technquie when someone tries to push you back.

1. Take you left leg and move back into a low horse stance.

2. When to step back foled your left hand over the oppnents locking it.

3. take your right arm and perform a closed fist upward block try to break the arms.

4. Swing the arm you just attacked with wind it up by putting the hand near the ear like listening to a shell the turn your hips and perform a chop to the neck=deadly=.
