Today we had a wedding in our back-yard!
It was my Grandmother's friend's son's wedding. ;D
The groom got married in his jeans. rofl
While walking down the 'aisle' two guys in the back were strumming the Brokeback Mountain theme on their guitars. xDD But it was a straight couple. 3nodding
Anyways, it was fun. There were only about 30 people. It was very nice. In the evening we had lights and torches up.
It also seemed some of the guys couldn't hold their liquor very well seeing as I saw some of them getting rather tippy. (Tippy meaning that they started shouting for the groom's father to drink more. O.o And falling off their chairs on purpose. rolleyes )
Best of all! As the little token gift, everyone got a CD. The first track was, yep, the Brokeback theme. -loves that tune-

You should have hopped on a skytrain and snuck off to Metro to see it. surprised
No worries, Liz didn't see it either. Once we buy the DVD she's bee-lining over to our house to see it. You shall come too. xD
That reminds me... -scurries off to pester Mom into buying it off eBay-

You should have hopped on a skytrain and snuck off to Metro to see it. surprised
No worries, Liz didn't see it either. Once we buy the DVD she's bee-lining over to our house to see it. You shall come too. xD

It'll be fun! surprised On the drive home from Whistler, I told my dad I wanted to go to the GLBT Pride Parade, then told him what GLBT stood for and he almost slammed on the brakes and sent us careening off the mountain. gonk

It would be funny seeing him watch Brokeback.I suspect that God would sent a lightning bolt to blow his head open. Or he'd go to hell. Which would suck, because if hell exists, I've done some things that would guarantee me a reservation in one of its deeper circles. ninja

You should tie him up and tape his eyelids open then force him to watch it. It's a really good movie! Anyway, yes, you must come and watch it. ninja We should have a sleepover or something. That would be fun!
