Cursed Seals are forbidden jutsu thats used to manipulate and pull out the full potiental and even the weakest of fighters. Though using the seal is quite benefital just like the Bijuu, it has its downers that can cause a shinobi to reach a devastating point in their life. Obtaining the curse seal isn't as hard as it would be to get a Bijuu but will still remain difficult.
