Dear Journal,

I just recieved news that Mother will be coming home! I can hardly wait, my training has improved very much, and I can't wait to demonstrate it to her.

I have three new baby cousins, Robbie, Bobbie and Ted. They were born just a while ago, and I think Uncle Gankie and Auntie Licen have a crush on each other or something like that. It is very rarely they are alone when they're both at the clinic without one or the other.

Tommy and his brothers are working at the Orphanage now. Which makes me sad, because I won't get to see Tommy around that much anymore. What with his school, and now his new job, he barely has time for normal training. It's no fun having to train by yourself, especially when you're so use to training with a friend. I feel lonely when he's away.

Well I have to go and get ready for when Mother comes. I have alot to do before her arrival, that and it is time for class again.

Dear Journal,

I had a dream last night that Mommy and Daddy were in a big fight with some bad people. And that Mommy and Daddy lost. I woke up crying, Mommy came in and I told her and she said, as long as I believed in her and Daddy, they'd always defeat the bad people. It made me feel better and she stayed with me till I fell asleep again.

I'm starting to dislike thunderstorms. They scare me, Daddy says it's the angels playing a game of bowling with the demons, a peaceful means of competition. Sometimes they get into arguments but they settle down and continue. I often wonder who wins everytime there is a storm, and what special rules are applied.
