Does anyone know how to get them or there locations?

On the main quest when your gettiing the great welkyed(sp) stone and there are those goblins there like bitterfish or something does it mean the totem is in that ayield ruin?

Cause thats the only goblin clan ive seen ive heard you can take there totem away and then make them fight other goblin clans.

There is one quest where you have to give a clan there totem back to stop a fight, so these people can build there settlement. But i did'nt know you could take there totem away, i did'nt know any others had a totem. Well i looked through the ruin and i did'nt see a totem.

I think my brother did find this one totem but I'm not sure it contained a jewel worth a lot of gold but unsure if there are others

I just heard like for goblin clans you take there totems and then drop it somewhere and get another one drop it by the other and the goblins will wage war on eachother to get it back or something crying and i saw this goblin staff totoem pole on an oblivion house video if you want me to show you.
