Dear Journal-thing,
Orous suggested I get this thing to write my thoughts down. Well, my thoughts say that he's up to something. If I wasn't so sick, I would find out myself.
Yes, I'm sick. Flu or something. It's awful, 'cuz I've never been sick before. At least with the flu. I got the chicken pox when I was a midget, of course. I was all itchy and stuff for a week. Aparently, the flu doesn't make you itchy, it just makes you throw up and get dizzy.
Summed up, it sucks. I've been like this for about two months. Is the flu supposed to last that long? Maybe dragons are sick longer...
But dragon's aren't supposed to get sick. And I never got sick before. So...what in hell is going on?
Wait, Orous don't like that word. Let's try again...
What the ******** is going on?
Yeah, that's better...

What in hell IS going on. Tao Orii A human with draconic wings walked into the clinic first, making a low-pitched growling noise while holding the door open. After her followed a cloaked figure, completely covered in black. One couldn't even see their eyes. "Are there windows?" It could speak, apparently. The other one looked around. "Yeah. They might have an inside room though..." She stepped up to the desk and rang the silver bell. "Hello?"Nurse Faithful A tall male with blueblack, middle back length hair tied with a blue string steps out of the room behind the desk. He smiles at the two who had rung the bell, glancing behind him at the trio entering, "Hello. Welcome to the Soul Maternity Clinic, how can I help you two?" His voice was rich, as if he was still fairly young though the silvery hairs on his head gave that he was older than he looked. Tao Orii The woman's head whipped to her cloaked companion, failing to surpress a deep growl. "What the ********, Orous?"Orous sighed lightly. "I'm sure they have basic mediceine as well, Dra-kun..." He walked up to where he heard the voice, combined with a beating heart in the general direction. "My friend," he wasn't sure what else to call Drana, "is here because she's been sick for a while. This is the closest hospital, and it's rather minor, so could you help?" Nurse Faithful Seakin chuckles, letting Julian take care of the pegasus and werewolfs, turning his full attention to the two in front of him. "Well, if you'll follow me, I'll take you to Doctor Kilikana, he'll answer your questions." he steps out from behind the desk and heads towards a hallway off to the right, glancing behind, "This way please." Tao Orii Drana reluctantly followed along, although by her growling, one could tell she wasn't happy about it. "What the hell-""Drana."Drana snorted a bit of smoke. "Sorry; What kinda ******** questions do you think I have?! I have the flu and it's lasting freakishly long, so I came to a hospital. I came to this one because it was closest." Nurse Faithful Seakin chuckles again, his long hair swishing behind him as he neared an open door with a nameplate beside it that read in bold lettering 'Doctor Kilikana'. "The doctor will be able to tell you exactly the problem. He used to work at a hospital that was fairly well known of. He was the best there." The mans voice had a hint of proudness in it, after all, if your son was the best anywhere, wouldn't you be proud? Tao Orii Drana growled again. "I'm tellin' ya, I KNOW the problem. I just need you to fix it."Orous chuckled slightly. "Someone in the waiting-room's a bit nervous. Now you can see what the problem is." He was about to walk into the room, when... "This is the wall, isn't it?"Now it was Drana's turn to chuckle. "Yeah. The door's over here." She grabbed his arm and pulled him into 'Doctor Kilikana"s office. Nurse Faithful Seakin smiles and glances at the pale looking male sitting down at the desk, "Doctor? We have a lady who needs a check up." he nods, turning to head off to help Julian or Izzi, depending on who needed more help.Kana glances up, his glasses slipping off his nose some, black hair falling into his face, the same color as the first. "Hello." he smiles and turns around in his stool, motioning to the hospital bed nearby and a chair next to it, not bothering to wonder why the one with the obvious male voice was dressed like that, seeing as he'd seen some bizzare things in his life. "I'm Doctor Kilikana, Doctor Kana for short." he holds his hand out to the female, smiling friendly, "What is your problem?" Tao Orii Drana blinked as her eyes travelled up towards the Dr. Damn. She hated feeling short. To attempt to even things up, she climbed onto the bed and kneeled. There. That was better. "I've had the flu for two months, and I don't think flu's are s'poseda last that long."Orous sighed. "Are there windows here?" Nurse Faithful Kana blinks slightly, keeping his friendly smile on as he glaces at the male, "No, there are no windows in here. I don't like windows in my personal office." he chuckles lightly and turns his attention back to Drana. "Your correct. The flu normally lasts about a week or so, depending on how serious it is. And you seem perfectly fine if you have had it for two months. Most people that have the flu for over a month are bedridden and are extremely ill." he frowns, thinking, "What are your symptoms, Miss --?" Tao Orii Orous pulled down his hood to reveal...OMG, he's a mummy!* Just kidding. But his face was wrapped in white bandeges. Completely wrapped. He began to unwrap them.Drana held back a snort. "Just Drana. I hate the term 'miss'. Makes me sound proper." And everyone that met her knew she was not a proper young lady. Or woman, by this age. "Tired-ness, dizzies, throwin' up of course...I think that's it. Can't tell if I have a fever, though."((*XD Couldn't resist... can be taken 2 meanings, btw. XD)) Nurse Faithful Kana chuckles, "Alright then Drana." he pushes his glasses up with one finger, thinking again, "Any abdominal pains?" he turns to his desk and pulls a stethascope out, "You don't mind do you? I'll need to check your breathing." he smiles softly, glancing at the male curiously for a moment. Tao Orii Drana cocked her head. "Eh, don't mind. And...I'm not really sure. Don't pay attention to that stuff."Having his left eye unwrapped, Orous paused and blinked at the Dr, staring with his white, pupil-less eyes. Nurse Faithful Kana slips the stethascope into his ears and walks around the other side of her, pressing the other end against he back gently. "Breathe in." he listens carefully, checking for any irregularies, not paying attention to the male at the moment, seeing as he was in full Doctor mode. Tao Orii Drana inhaled for a second before she coughed up smoke. "Sorry, that happens sometimes..." She inhaled properly the second time.Orous blinked once before continuing to unwrap himself. Nurse Faithful The doctor chuckles again, concentrating on his job some more, "Perfectly fine." After a few moments of listening to her breathing he steps back around, pulling the stethascope out of his ears, hands going onto his hips, "Well, your breathing seems perfect." he glances at the male, watching him unwrap the bandages, "Anything you've noticed about her? Different mood swings or changes in her personality?" Tao Orii Orous paused again, however now his eyes and below were unwrapped. Thus, one could see the smirk creeping up on his face. "I would say she has been more violent and tempermental, but she was always that way." Drana felt a hiss coming on and failed to surpress it well. What had she expected else from him? "Orous you b*****d..." she muttered under her breath."Just the fatigue makes her slightly less active." Nurse Faithful Kana smiles, pushing his glasses up, "Well, you don't seem to be ill in any way. Though I'd like to try one thing." he turns his attention to Drana, "I'll need Licenziare to do a magic scan on you, if you won't be bothered by the magic that is. It's a lot faster than the medical equipment that we have." he chuckles softly. Tao Orii Drana blinked; this wasn't making any sense. "What...? Magic?" This put her a bit on her guard. "What kinda magic?"Orous blinked at the 'magic' as well; he hoped it wasn't something like holy magic. Nurse Faithful Kana nods softly, "It's nothing harmful, but if you don't want that, I'll need a blood draw. But it'll take at least an hour or so for me to run the tests." he chuckles gently, his friendly smile returning, "Licenziare is one of the best Master Magicians' from what the High Council has told me. He even surpases his mother, whom got Master ranking before he was 18." Tao Orii Drana shrugged, she liked the blood thing better. "Not like I have much else to do." She turned to Orous. "Out. He's drawing blood."Orous cocked his head and smirked. "What, you don't trust me?" However, he complied, shutting the door behind him. Nurse Faithful Kana blinks and shrugs it off, walking over to a file cabinat looking thing and opens a drawer, pulling out a sterilized packet for blood draws, opening it after slipping gloves on. He pulls out the famed rubber string and walks over to Drana. "Arm please, whichever is fine." he nods, smiling softly. Tao Orii Drana removed her glove and stuck an arm out. "Careful, I don't want the needle to melt or somethin'." She had that happen at a doctor's office before. That was hilarious; the doctor freaked because her temperature broke the scale. Nurse Faithful Kana raises an eyebrow quizically as he ties the rubber around her arm, tapping the bend in her elbow gently. "How so?" As soon as he spotted the vien clearly he gently sticks the needle in, drawing the blood easily. Tao Orii Drana chuckled. "Last one I went to, the needle melted enough to snap off inside me. The doctor freaked...it was hilarious." One could tell she was amused, but wasn't thinking of doing the same to this one. Probably because she wanted the flu to be over with. Nurse Faithful Kana smirks, "A needle snapping off inside of my patients arm isn't the worst I've seen." he finishes and starts cleaning up, shaking the little container a little. "I didn't work in the Intensive Care because I had a weak stomach or anything." he chuckles. "Well, if you wait a little while, I'll be back with what's going on with you." Tao Orii Drana nodded before jumping off the bed, only to be hit with dizzyness. Great. Stopping for a second, she waited until her vision returned. After it did, she walked out of the office and turned to Orous. "Yo, mummy-boy."He hated that nickname. "Yes Dra-chan?"She hated that nickname. "We have an hour to kill. You thinkin' what I am?"Their smirks mirrored the other's. Drana went down to the store, and they spent the rest of the hour throwing popcorn at each other.

What in hell is going on --- An hour later Nurse Faithful N Kana heads to the lab and starts checking on the blood sample, Licenzaire walking out of the Container room. He glances up and nods to the hybrid, who walks over. "Hows' it going in there?" "Good. The souls are actually quite comfy in those small vials. I'm surprised." the youth chuckles softly, "Mom has all the essenses' finished for each vial so far, I'm just trying to figure out what to do to these vials that were dropped off." He sighs slightly and brushes his hair out of his face. "What's the sample telling you?""Well, it's quite easy." the doctor pushes back from the desk where he was studying the sample, "She doesn't have the flu for sure, shes' an interesting breed of human and dragon mixed together, and," he grins up at the hybrid, "She's with child."Cerlyn-Ama Drana hoped that the results wouldn't be such longer. She was running out of ammo. Nurse Faithful Licen grins gleefully, "That's great!"Kana chuckles, standing up and pushing his glasses back up his nose, patting Licen on the head. "It is. Though I can't help but wonder about the male with her. He had the same feel as Kilian and his family." he nods. The hybrid giggles slightly, tail flicking under his labcoat. "He's a vampire. I could feel his presense. After all, he sort of is in the 'dead' family. He's not that old, so if he's the father it's a pointer for you. Vamps that are over centuries old have a harder time getting females pregnant." he nods and wanders off back into the Container room to work some more. Cerlyn-Ama Orous smirked as he heard the doctor and someone else talking. Good, so his ears weren't failing him. There really was a heart in her stomach area. Drana stopped for a second. "What're you smirking at?"When he opened his mouth to respond, she threw a piece of popcorn down his throat. Nurse Faithful Kana nods, "Thanks kid." he starts heading back to the room, thinking some other things over for a moment. He reaches the door and spots the two in the hallway, he smiles slightly, "I have your results." Cerlyn-Ama Drana's head perked up from watching Orous 'choke'. "Really? What is it?"Orous 'sighed'. Now what was he going to do? He ended up coughing twice until it was in his mouth, then chewing it and swallowing it properly. Nurse Faithful "Lets go into the office first then I'll tell you." he had an odd feeling that Drana wouldn't be too happy about the news that brought joy to most. He raises an eyebrow at the male, still not knowing his true role and name even. Cerlyn-Ama "...Okay..." Drana glanced at Orous, but seeing that he wasn't worried, she figured she shouldn't be either.Orous gave a blank, 'innocent' stare back at the doctor. The type a child gives when it wants you to believe that it didn't eat the last cookie. Nurse Faithful Kana motions a hand to the open office door, "After you two." he says politely. He had a slight feeling that the vamp knew what was going on, and gave him a slight nod. Cerlyn-Ama Orous gave an innocent 'Me~?' look at Kana. Now you accused the kid of eating the last cookie.Drana just walked in. It seems like she was behaving for once.Orous followed after her. Nurse Faithful Kana chuckles softly to himself, stepping in after the two and shutting the door. "Go on and have a seat." he nods to Drana and Orous, waiting for them to sit before telling Drana the news. Tao Orii Drana did so, but was begining to scratch her wrist. She was not normally still for this long.Orous sighed. If she was getting like this, she would probably explode soon... Nurse Faithful Kana looks at Orous for a moment, then looks at Drana. "Well, you certainly don't have the flu. I was right on that." he chuckles very softly, pushing his glasses up, "Though, you do seem to be pregnant." Tao Orii Orous immedietly turned to Drana. He might need some ice...soon.Drana didn't move. She didn't even blink. "You screwed me up with someone else." It was quite likely, this was a maternity clinic afer all. Nurse Faithful [ Kana shakes his head, his bangs falling out and framing his face. "No, I don't have you 'screwed' up with someone. I've taken only one blood sample today and that was yours." he nods once.Tao Orii Drana still remained unfased. "No. You might have misread. I'm sure it happens. See, I can't get pregnent. My doctor said I was infertile. Some whacked diesease where my body produces too much testosterone."Orous didn't want to say it, but... "Drana, he's not lying.""And I never-" Drana stopped, stunned that Orous was agreeing. She just shut up instantly. Nurse Faithful The doctor raises an eyebrow, looking at Orous curiously before turning back to Drana, "I may be slightly inexperianced with reading blood samples, but I was the best in my year. You are pregnant, even if you say it's impossible for you to do so." Tao Orii Drana's blank stare remained.Orous pursed his lips. He knew she couldn't stay still much longer... especially with such dramatic news. Hopefully, she wouldn't do anything-"I'm going to KILL that ******** doctor." She growled before her wings unfolded and she burned/tore through the ceiling.Orous ran a hand through his hair, chuckling weakly. "Well, that went far better than I had hoped..." Nurse Faithful Kana pales even more than he already was, "You can say that again." he glances up at the hole curiously. "She'll be alright though, right?" he glances at the male. Tao Orii Orous giggled slightly. "Once was enough, I don't need to curse myself more. And yes, she's been through much worse, like a silver stake through her shoulder." His mood sombered a little bit. "Although, I would like to ask you a few questions about the child..." Nurse Faithful Kana pushes his glasses up, nodding at Orous, "I see. And ask away. I'll be delighted to answer them. But first, lets change rooms. Licenziare will need to fix the ceiling." he chuckles lightly and steps out of the room, waiting for Orous. Licenziare was already heading in the direction, "What happened?""Drana didn't take the news too lightly. She took off through the roof." the merman nods, letting the hybrid into the room and glancing at Orous, "This way please." he goes to another room, this one looking more like a lounge than anything. "Care for a drink? I'm sure Bell'un won't mind if you have some of his stash." he chuckles lightly, "Our security guard is a vamp hybrid, and yes, I had a hint on what you were from Licenziare."Bell'un huffs slightly, but consents to the offer of his bloodwine stash. He didn't like to share much bit this other vamp was technically a guest in the clinic, and since his mate, it seemed, was pregnant. Plus if he argued with the boss he knew he could get a pay deduction. Tao Orii "Alright." Orous blinked a bit, letting them talk for a bit. "No thank you, although the offer is quite tempting. Should I pay for damages?" He did so for Drana often. Good thing his job paid quite a bit. Nurse Faithful Kana nods and helps himself to some water from the fridge, "No, it's alright. Licenziare is useful for many things. Plus it teaches him more self control. If either of Izzis' children can't put thier magic to use they get edgy and lose control of it. Doesn't help much that Licens' magic lies in his body movements and his twins in his voice." he chuckles lightly and motions to a couch nearby. "Go ahead and relax, it's much easier to talk when of your feet." he nods and sits himself, sighing lightly. Tao Orii Orous nodded slowly and sat on the couch. "Exactly what type of magic does he use?" If it was holy magic, there might be problems in the near future... Nurse Faithful Kana shrugs lightly, "A mix. Though he's mostly skilled in soul magic, seeing as he's the main support behind this clinic. His mother was skilled in elemental magics. I'm not sure what Jacobs' specialty is. But I rarely see the kid, so it doesn't bother me much." the doctor chuckles, brushing his hair out of his face, "Licenziare pretty much has a wide range of magic, seeing as he's the son of a Master Magician and one himself." Tao Orii Orous nodded once, but was still a bit serious. "Any holy magic?" Might as well get the question out there. He tried to think about how to phrase his concerns for the child. Nurse Faithful Kana shrugs again, "You'll have to ask him, but as far as I'm concerned, he stays away from that source of magic, gives him the creeps." Tao Orii Orous finally grinned again. "Good. However, I'm slightly concerned for the child and it's general health..." Nurse Faithful Kana pushes his glasses up again, nodding, "I'm listening. I'll answer each question the best I can." Tao Orii Orous nodded once. "Well, my kind, or breed, of vampires' children are born dead. Not undead, just dead. My concern is, with this child, that it might still die. And I know of no way to bring dead things to life. However... I picked up a pamphlet from here earlier. I understand that you do soul fusion?" Orous giggled in his head, he hadn't talked so much since Drana burned down an alchohol warehouse. Nurse Faithful "I understand your concern. And yes, we do soul fusions." he nods, watching the other profesionally, making sure he did everything to the upmost care now. Tao Orii "Yes. But, I would rather not have it unless it was nessicary, such as the child's heartbeat turn irregular or, worst case scenario, stops completely. Only if nessicary because it would probably 'freak Drana out' quite a bit more than anyone needs. Besides, she isn't quite here now..." he ended wth a slight giggle. The doctor knew that; she blew through his roof. Nurse Faithful Kilikana chuckles also, a smile on his face now, "I get your situation. I'll keep that in mind if anything does end up happening to the child." Tao Orii Orous bowed his head slightly. "Thank you. Do you yourself have any concerns? Questions? Comments? Aches or pains?" Nurse Faithful "Your welcome." he chuckles again, "Just one. I never got your name." Tao Orii Orous grinned. "My nickname that's replaced my real name or my real name?" Nurse Faithful "Um. Whatevers' easier." he chuckles softly, taking a sip from the water bottle. Tao Orii Orous chuckled. "That'd be Orous. Orobourous is a bit of a mouthful." Nurse Faithful "It is a bit of a mouthful." he chuckles and holds his hand out, "It's a pleasure helping you Orous." Tao Orii Orous grinned again. "Pleasure meeting you, Doctor." He shhok his hand. "Hopefully I won't have to see you for a little bit." Nurse Faithful The doctor chuckles softly, eyes serious, "Hopefully. Sometimes fate has an odd way of biting people in the a**." Tao Orii Orous chuckled, almost darkly, as well as he began to wrap himself back up. "Don't we all know it. Well, I suppose I have to go dragon-hunting now..." Nurse Faithful "Good Luck, Orous. Seems like you'll need it." Kana chuckles again, watching the vampire rebandange himself. "Want some help?" Tao Orii Orous smiled, but now that his lower face was porperly wrapped up again one couldn't tell. "Wrapping, no. Getting out, probably. Do you happen to have a blind-stick lying around?" Nurse Faithful Kana shakes his head, "I have a spare cane in my office. I got injured at my previous hospital. Something odd in the intensive care happened and I got seirously injured. I keep a spare one around, sometimes too, in case I need the extra help. You can keep it." he nods, "You'll just have to lemme go get it." Tao Orii Orous nodded once. "Thanks." He bean to wrap up his eyes. It was the part that took longest, and one of the parts he was most careful wrapping. Nurse Faithful Kana gets up and walks to to front desk. "Hey pops. Where's my spare cane at?"Seakin Sr. looks up curiously, "Hurting again?""No, Orous, one of the fathers, needs to use it. I'm letting him keep it." He grins as the older merman pulls a long wooden cane out from under the desk, handing it to Kana, "Thanks dad.""No biggy son." he chuckles as Kana returns to Orous. Tao Orii Orous was standing in the room Kana left him, looking exactly as he did when he first walked in the door. That is, a mass of black. Nurse Faithful Kana enters the room and smiles, "Isn't it a bit uncomfortable under there?" he asks curiously, walking up to him and holding the cane out. "And here you go." Tao Orii Orous reached for the cane, grabbing it on his second try. "Sort of. It'd be far worse to be in the sun." Tao Orii "That would be nice, otherwise I would probably end up in another room or something..." Nurse Faithful Kana chuckles, not entirely sure how to lead him out, "I'm not used to this, so, should I hold my arm our or something?" In truth he'd never gotten around to looking for his own mate, liking the single life, and at the hospital the children always wanted a piggy back or something to get taken elsewhere. The other units patients where bedridden until they were allowed to leave. Tao Orii Orous chuckled and bit back a certain type of remark that he enjoyed. "Just walk staight, I'll be able to follow your heartbeat. The cane's only for walls and the like." Nurse Faithful "Ah, I see." He turns around and heads to the main door. "Sorry, I really wasn't kidding about not being used to it." he chuckles softly. Tao Orii "Not many people are." Orous followed behind, using the cane to test for a wall when the heartbeat changed direction. It was a bit like a maze. Nurse Faithful "True." he stops near the main door, opening it for Orous, "Alright, here you go." Tao Orii Orous grabbed the door with a white-gloved hand. "Thanks. I just hope I can find-""GET BACK HERE YOU STUPID SON-OF-A-b***h!!!" was heard as a doctor ran past on the street, chased by a stream of fire that was coming from our favorite pissy pregnent half-breed. ((Or at least Orous's. wink )) "...nevermind." Orous ran outside to see if he could chill her out, leaving gravity to close the door. Nurse Faithful Kana watches the 'show' in a mixture of fear and amazement, feeling a bit sorry for the other doctor, and yet laughing at his mistake. All doctors learned that is was seriously bad to make a mistake when it came to Maternity. Tao Orii A whoosh of flame and a strangled yell of pain informed all that dragon NEVER fail in chasing their prey. Nurse Faithful Kana winces and slips back into the shop. "Poor guy. Deserved it anyways." He chuckles and heads back to his office, checking the room that Drana had burst through to find the cieling brand new.

Save The Doctor! Hero Rarehart Hero had watched what all happened, "Just because a doctor made a mistake doesn't mean you need to go all Hell's Inferno on him. He's a mortal, a human. They make mistakes quite frequently, as do all. Now calm yourself before you do serious damage to your child!" Hero said. She was one of those creatures that rarely get angry, there were three times in her entire existence on Earth that she got Angry. Each time a kingdom or city was destroied and over grown with plant life. Though no one was hurt. Except for the person that made her angry. Tao Orii Drana tumble-rolled along the road, before shooting out an arm to stop. You know, the whole ninja-spy display thing. She turned this into a crouched position and spread her wings out. "Yeah? You planning on stopping me?" she challenged with a deep growl/roar. Her voice also revealed she was just itching for a good fight. Hero Rarehart "I will stop you, but fighting you will Only be a last resort." Hero replied. "I'm going to try and avoid fighting, as an expectant mother myself. Now all I ask is that you calm yourself, don't do any more damage to yourself or your child." Her voice was calm, as well as her heart beat. She would try to avoid a fight. Tao Orii Drana's mouth twisted into a psychotic grin. "If you're not fighting me you're not stopping me." She launched herself into the air and zipped along the road, swerving sometimes to scare bystanders as she flew towards the doctor. Actually, his car.Orous was in a nearby cafe, waiting for things to calm down. There was no way he was going outside with that holy trash out there. Hero Rarehart Suddenly the doctor and his car vanished in a flash of light. Hero had summoned her staff and use her teleportation to transport the doctor and his car to a different location far beyond the city limits. "I am stoping you." Hero said, her eyes firm, her mouth grim with determination. Her wrists were glowing as well as her staff as she made ready for a defensive spell as well as her seceret weapon. Tao Orii Okay, that got Drana mad. She turned around to face Hero. "Why don't you just ******** off, heaven b***h. Go fret about a ******** car accident or something."
Normally, Drana wouldn't be that pissed. However, she desperatly wanted to kill someone, and a stranger stopped her from doing such. Not to mention her blood was now infested with adrenelin(sp).Orous sighed from his position in the cafe. He could hear Drana's heart rate increase. "Great. She gets into a fight without me... how reckless." Hero Rarehart Hero pointed her staff strait at Drana's heart. Her eyes were glowing feircly. "Because it wasn't his time. Now calm down before you lose your child!" She then sent a blast of light, only when it hit, it didn't harm, it just made the person very sleepy. To the point where they could not fight. "Rest, sleep, calm yourself. Relax" Her voice said soothingly. Tao Orii But Drana's draconic nature would not relax when riled up to this point. Falling to her knees and grabbing her head, she let out an animalistic roar before she was surrounded in flames. The flames left her body after about a second, and Drana's wings disappeared.
A now apparent-human Drana slumped onto the ground, but what exactly kind of state she was in was unsure.A maroon-scaled dragon appeared to the human's right. It let out a roar, as if challenging Hero to even try anything. If Orous could pale, he did so now. Unfortunetly, he knew that if he tried to help, he would just make things worse. So, he was stuck in the cafe, swirling his coffee and trying not to pass out from sheer worry. SS Nova Her appointment over, Nova wandered out of the clinic, and -apparently- into the middle of a war zone. Dragons and all. Was it just her, or was that an angel? Oh dear... they tended, in her experience (and she had known one or two, not counting Dua, who was just nuisance on two legs and a pair of wings), to be a. rather stubborn, and b. rather righteous. Whatever was going on, it would be far better to wait it out, rather then try to intervene - as well as considering the fact that she *burnt* rather easily. As in caught on fire. She was rather fond of angels - mostly on prettiful grounds, but they tended to irritate her at times.
The dryad ducked into a nearby cafe, tugged by Lina, who was rather partial to coffee and not at all fond of dragons. Tao Orii Orous shot his head towards the newcomer in the cafe, cocking his head when he heard two heartbeats; niether human. With a wave of his white-gloved hand, he invited them over. Wondering what he was missing outside. SS Nova A vampire...? Ai, what did he want with her, and why had he bothered to come out in daylight? The dryad knew little of vampires, having never in her eight hundred odd years had reason to deal with them. Gargoyles and incubi, yes - but never an actual vampire. They say curiosity killed the cat - but satisfaction brought him back. With a sigh, she pulled Lina over to his table, pulling one of the ornate wooden chairs out, and sitting on it, legs and arms crossed. Tao Orii The vampire gave a slight chuckle. "Don't worry, I don't bite." At least, I don't bite whatever she is. "I just want to hear news of outside. It's almost torture, hearing all these noises and not knowing what's going on..." SS Nova "There appears to be a dragon, an unconcious woman, and an angel yelling at them both" Nova said, peering out of the window, one foot firmly on Lina's nose as she attempted to chew the tableleg. She would have to remind herself to make Fedh take her with him on his little trips; the poor dog must be hypered out of her mind. "I'm guessing the dragon is trying to eat the angel or the woman - it'll have terrible digestion problems, they always do... it'd be far better off with a nice pile of coal" Tao Orii The cloaked figure didn't move. At least, that one could see. Inside he was running around screaming his head off, tearing off his hair, and passing out only to repeat the cycle. But that was his inner self. His outer self was calm and collected. "Hmm...what did the women and the dragon look like?" Please, let her say something like blue or green or yellow... Hero Rarehart Hero's eyes still remained firm, her heart calm. "I won't do any more harm to Drana, unlike any other person of my species, they would have either banished or destroied. I won't. I just wish for her to calm down, if you wish to still find something or someone to kill, go hunt else where. But not in the city where there are innocent people lurking about." Tao Orii The dragon let out a mighty, evil, chuckle. When it began to speak, it was surprisingly in English. "Fool. I am Drana. And more harm? You've already caused a lot of damage, scum. Do you fully realize how much energy and stress she," here the dragn motioned to the human, "had to go through for me to appear? Nobody's a perfect angel, so stop acting all high up as if you are." Hero Rarehart "If you could have just left the doctor alone and just sue like everyone else, you wouldn't be in this much stress! I know I've done more harm than good, and I'm sorry, normally the Relaxing spell works. It's suppose to calm people down. Not cause more damage." Hero replied. She then looked down at her own hands. A breif thought in her mind. Maybe the child is taking my magic... She then shook her head. Her eyes flashing as she reopened them. She was about to speak again when all of a sudden her cell phone started to ring. She sighed and answered. "Hello?... Kenjin, what's the matter? What's happened? Wha?! I'll be right home, don't move Destiny don't even touch her." She then closed her cell phone and replaced it. "I must go, I have my own family emergency to deal with." Hero said as she bowed. Then in an instant she was gone. Tao Orii Dragon-Drana blinked at the empty scape where the angel once was. <******** b***h..." So maybe the dragon was Drana after all. The dragon sighed and disappeared.Human-Drana's wings appeared on her back as she lay there, unconcious. In the middle of the road. SS Nova "Orange. But the angel and the dragon are gone now..." Nova had been watching the whole confrontation with interest. "And the woman's acquired wings. Wonderful. I'm going to go drag her out of the road, okay?" she pushed her chair back; Lina scrambled up joyfully, hitting her head on the table on the way up. Tao Orii The cloaked vampire stood up immedietly. "You're sure? There is only the women," he'd never thought he'd refer to Drana as a women, it would have amused him if he wasn't so worried, "left? Only her?" SS Nova Nova glanced out of the window again, surmising that they were (duh), connected. "Yeah" she said quietly, tugging Lina to heel. "I'm going now, kay?" Tao Orii Surprisingly, the cloaked figure was already in front of the body, running a hand down the spine. The hand moved up the neck to the jawbone, turning it this way and that. SS Nova Nyah. She knew vampires were fast, but she was impressed. Pushing the door open, she paused to tie Lina to a lamppost, before crossing over to the pair. Placing a hand on Orous' shoulder, she leaned forwards.
"I have some smelling salts on me, if you believe they would be of any use" Tao Orii The figure paused. "Smelling salts? What are those?" He had never heard of them. "I believe it would be easier to take her home unconsious, however..." SS Nova "Oh, they're little bottles of chemical salts that smell absolutely awful. Somebody I know makes them - literally, they'll raise the dead" she wasn't exaggerating, either - the somebody was a young necromancer she knew. "But I can see how it might be" Cerlyn-Ama Orous nodded. "Tell me...is it still sunny out, or is there cloud-coverage now?" If it was sunny, he might have to use the salts...which Drana would hate. SS Nova The dryad withdrew her hand, looking up slowly."Storm moving in from the east, I think... but still relatively sunny here. I'm guessing the storm'll be about half an hour" Cerlyn-Ama "Really?" He worked on a plan in his head. "So...you have any plans for the next 30 minutes?" The smelling salts probably wouldn't work, simply because she collasped of energy-loss. "She will probably be out for at least two hours."" SS Nova "Not really..." Nova said slowly, considering this. She didn't have any pressing obligations at home - Myrrh was in charge, and between him and Sakura, the situation would probably be under control. At least, as much as it ever was. But with a paddock full of unicorns and a ghoul in the attic, what do you expect? Cerlyn-Ama Good. "Perhaps you could stay here? As of now, I'm quite blind..." He had no obligations at home. No pets or anything. SS Nova "Alright" she stood up, glancing around. "Y'might want to get her out of the road, by the way..." Cerlyn-Ama "Probably." He kneeled down picking the woman up. He then stood up. "Which way is the sidewalk, exactly?" SS Nova "To your left" she said, watching them - then she paced out the distance herself. Cerlyn-Ama "Ah." He walked to the left, also following the sound of her heartbeat. SS Nova "Watch out for the kerb" Nova added, hopping up herself, tugging Lina along behind her. Cerlyn-Ama "Ker-" His question was answered before it started; he ran into the kerb. The sudden stop stumbled him a little, but to his credit he didn't trip. "I see." SS Nova "Ah, sorry" she grinned, rubbing the back of her head embarassedly. "There's a wall here; you could sit her up against it" Cerlyn-Ama The cloaked head nodded and leaned her against the wall. And now to wait. He sat down against the wall as well. They were out of the sun, it was behind the building.
"So what exactly are you?" SS Nova "Your common or garden Oread" Nova said cheerfully, sliding down the wall in a sprawl. "Dryad to the lay person, I suppose" Tao Orii "Ah. I've heard of them." Drana mentioned them once or twice before. "I suppose you've figured out what I am..." He lifted down his hood to reveal his head and neck completely bandeged. SS Nova "Well, I would say you bear a marked resemblance to a horror film I caught Sakura watching, but that would be rude. So I suppose you're a light sensitive creature. I would say drow, but then t'would just be your eyes. So vampire, ne?" Nova had a rather irritating habit of reasoning out loud; it was something she had been meaning to kick for years. Tao Orii A horror film. Orous couldn't surpress a light giggle. "Correct. What is a drow?" He hadn't heard of them before. SS Nova "Dark elves, I guess. I haven't met many; they're rather nasty creatures, and I'm glad to say mostly keep to the underdark" Nova said, leaning back with her arms behind her head. Tao Orii "Well, I don't think I'm evil." He sounded mock-offended. "She might say differently of course..." SS Nova "I didn't say you were" Nova said tartly, glancing at him. "Although as a race, I believe vampires do tend towards that..." Tao Orii Orous just chuckled. "I know you didn't. And unfortunetly, you're correct... at least, most of the ones I have met are not the nicest creatures." SS Nova "I count myself as lucky not to have consorted with many. Demons are more my line of work" Nova smiled, relaxing a little. Tao Orii Orous chuckled again. "It seems that flat-chested dragon women are more my line." Lucky him. SS Nova "I'm sure you make a good couple" Nova said reassuringly, streching. Then her mobile went off. "Aww, crap..." she pulled it out, putting it to her ear. "What?! This had better be good, Myrrh..."
She paused for a second, color rushing from her face. "Aww, you're kidding me... okay, I'll be right there. Don't move them, okay? See if you can get the rubble away. And yes, I know you wouldn't be calling me if they were dead" She switched off the mobile and got hastily to her feet. "I'm sorry; a certain irritation has managed to bring half the house down on herself. Not only that, but another irritation has managed to get buried in the wreckage. I'm sorry; I need to go sort out my family" Tao Orii Orous surpressed a chuckle. "No problem." He had unwrapped his eyes, now the white, pupil-less eyes were looking directly at Nova. They unnerved most people. "There's no sun here, so I'll see the storm." SS Nova "I see. I'm sorry I couldn't be more help" she smiled, flipping a card out of her pocket. "In case you ever need a healer in a hurry - oh, and I'd stock up on ginger tea. It's good for morning sickness" she made a little bow, then hurried away. Tao Orii Orous smiled. "You've done plenty. Thanks." He wrote down 'ginger tea - morning sickness' on the back of the card.
He sat against the wall. To return home or relax for a while... such a hard question.

7.4 months
I am very pleased with Drana's pregnancy so far. No complications! Even though there IS a little less than three months to go.
7.5 months
I spoke too soon. The child's heart has started having an irractic heartbeat. Not good. Very not good. It's done this before, but this time it seemes different.
I'll prepare the ice.

Orous blinked once. It was the middle of the night, and Drana finally got asleep. She said the child was making a ridiculous amount of fuss before it quieted down. She even joked that it was nocturnal, like him. But Orous knew the reason the child stopped fussing. It's heart, erratic for the past few days, stopped completely.

Give me LIFE! O: 11 o'clock at night. Hardly the time anyone would expect a visit to the clinic. If they were healthy. Orous, unbandeged (and hot XD) calmly walked in carrying Drana. He set her in a waiting chair and rang the little silver bell, surprisingly calm.
Drana slept soundly in her chair, aided by the ice cube Orous fed her earlier as a sedative. Otherwise she'd be raising hell, of course.
A young man with flaming red hair steps out of the back room. He raises an eyebrow at Orous. Bell'un was, as usual, working night shift in his security uniform. He looks the man over, sensing the others own vampiric blood with a grin. "Can I help you?" he asks coolly.
Orous managed a smile, still giving the appearance of calm, cool, and collected. "Yes, I wish to speak to the Doctor about a rather important matter we discussed earlier."
Drana was still asleep on the chair, thankfully. Oh, ice cubes are so useful.
"Of course. Though Kana isn't here. He had problems with his injuries and had to stay at a nearby hospital for the night for care. Though I can fetch Izzi and Licenzaire if thats' alright." the young hybrid vamp nods, glancing over at the sleeping Drana, noticing the missing heartbeat in her tummy.
Orous gave a quick flicker of his tongue against his lips. One of his only signs of nervousness. "I'm sure that will work." He noticed the glance. "Do you understand the problem?"
Bell'un nods. "I do understand. Those two are in charge of what will be happening anyways. Gimme a few and I'll fetch them." he nods and heads back into the office behind him, where night quarters for the doctors were at. He wakes Izzi up first, telling the feline the situation and then returning to his post.
Izzi steps out of the office while slipping his labcoat on. He's already woken up his son who had headed through a side door to the area where they were to place the soul. "Hello Orous. If you'll follow me please." He too could sense the lack of life in the womans stomach, though something perked his curiosity. He would have to wait until after the revival to finalize his curiousness.
Orous nodded. He easily picked up Drana and carried her on his back as he followed Izzi.
Drana merely curled a little more and 'mmm'ed contently.
Izzi flicks his ears behind him, eyes flashing worry. They'd have to do this quickly. "It's a good thing you brought her. I'm glad you found this Clinic too." he steps into one of the smaller labs, Licen standing there already with an interesting vial in his hand.
Orous lay Drana down on the table (that just happened to be there. >> <<). "So am I. Out of curiosity, what soul are you planning on using?"
"Arctic Fox." chimes in Licen after getting a look from his mother. "I'm in charge of all the souls. Izzi is in charge of the essenses, which will be added after the child is born." he nods and flicks his tail. "Now, if you'll hold onto her hand for extra support in case she wakes up."
((no orange. *sobs*))
((XD))
"Arctic Fox?" That was an interesting choice. "And she won't, until the ice cube melts. A simple, efficient, and completely drug-free sedative."
"I see. But souls have a way of amazing us all." the hybrid chuckles and turns his attention to the vial, removing the orange jewel at the top the only way, with a flick of his ear and a dosage of magic. Izzi stood by as the deep brown colored spirit floats out, guided by Licenziare.
"Ah." Orous stayed completely still, not even breathing. He didn't need to anyway.
Licen eases the spirit into Dranas' stomach, his eyes a pale golden color now. The spirit slips easily into the body inside, though with an interesting twist (evil grin). Licens eyes immediately went to green. "Mom? You feel it?"
Orous blinked, his tongue flitting across his lips again.
Izzi nods, "Yeah." he glances at Orous, slipping some gloves on. "Theres' a minor problem sir. Seems as if a second child formed. Twins in fact. We weren't expecting this. But the problem is that she's going into early labor." (and thus the twists of the doctor!)
((ihgaiourhgduirghiuvhfdouibgb))
Orous blinked. "Ahh. This was unexpected." He was still surprisingly calm.
((*laughs ebily*)) "She'll wake up here in a second in pain for sure, then you'll need to hold her hand for support while we do our very best." he glances at Licen, whom had gathered some towels and pushed some cushions underheath Dranas' head.
Orous nodded. "Hmm. You should probably feed her a few more ice cubes. She doesn't deal with pain well, oddly enough..."
Orous proved to be correct. No sooner did the last '...'s leave his mouth did Drana whip her head and bite him on the arm. Hard.
Izzi blinks, "Ah. Licen?" The other magician nods and scurries to a fridge, pulling out a rack of ice cubes and scurrying back over, popping the tray some to get the ice up. "Now, things will painful Drana. But I assure you both that your kids'll be perfectly fine when they come out." he smiles as Licen gets Dranas' hold off of Orous, and handing him the tray.
Drana blinked. "What the ******** was that and WHAT DO YOU MEAN-"
At this point, Orous gave her several more ice cubes. "Dra-kun, you'll rip the flesh off my arm if you don't finish your ice cubes..." It seemed as if he had the whole 'Eat-your-veggies-Jimmy' voice down already.
Licen chuckles softly and walks to his mothers side, ready to ease any contractions and extra pain in case they came.
Izzi on the other hand was in doctor mode, "Drana, lets just put it simply that your going into early labor and we need all the help from you we can get alright?"
Drana managed a "Hmmm..." before the drug known as frozen water kicked in and she was in a semi-conscious state.
((Yay, Orous doesn't lose a limb! XD))
((Huzzah! Now, to make things a hella lot easier on myself and you, we'll skip to after the kiddies are born. And yes, i'll be needing two names, both boys.))
((*dances*))
((lfhjrwoibnk sbrowp))
((That's a term for happieness, BTW. XD))
((black haired is older, red is younger. Going by size. ^^))
Izzi was cleaning up the first child that had come out in a nearby room, the second sleeping soundly and cleaned up already in a small crib nearby. The feline had already gotten the twins checked up, finding both healthy as ever and had placed the essence of shadow in them.
Licenzare was helping Drana clean up some and humming happily to himself, the first children born at the Clinic. And as far as he could sense when his mother had taken them to be cleaned and have the second vials added, they were indeed healthy. Especially since they both came out hollering.
Drana was lying in the bed, and SHE decided she wanted sleep. The ice cubes wore off a long time ago. She really should apologize to Orous later...
Orous couldn't help but smile when he had heard them screaming. Human birth was much less disgusting than vampire's... at least, the bride's. Of course, this time was probably different because they were his and Drana's kids.
Licen smiles at Orous, "Congrats Orous, your a daddy. Izzi will return with the boys when he gets them all cleaned up and thier check up is finished." he nods, "But, in the meantime. Care for anything to drink?"
Orous just smiled. "I guess so."
Drana, who was rubbing her eye and yawning, perked up at the mention of a drink. "Sake? Do you have sake?"
Orous lightly tapped her on the head. "No sake for you. Tea, yes, sake, no."
Drana stuck her tongue out. "Fine, no sake..."
Licen smiles, "I'll be right back then." he heads off down the hall to the lounge and makes some mint tea for Drana. He returns with the cup, the water hot and the tea smelling amazing. "Sit up please Drana, don't need you spilling it." he smiles softly.
Drana nodded and sat up. Mmm, something warm. Not like the evil ice. She drank about half the cup before setting it down. "Oro-chan? You?"
Orous smiled and shook his head. "I'm fine, aside from a few scars received within the visit."
Izzi returns carrying the twins, each wrapped in warm fuzzy blankets and sleeping soundly. He walks up to Drana, handing them over to her carefully. "Perfectly healthy boys Drana. Congratulations to you both."
Drana smiled. "Thanks to you two." She had to be pretty happy, to be thanking somebody.
Orous smiled and nodded in agreement. "What she said. And thanks are rare from her, so feel special."
Drana mock-huffed and slapped him with a wing.
"Your welcome. I'll just need names for the two and I’ll make their birth certificates." Izzi smiles and nods.
Drana 'hmmmm'ed. She was never good with names.
Orous, fortunately, was a bit more creative. "Emes and Eku?"
Drana tried to prevent a smirk. She knew what those meant. "Fuzzy-tail is Emes?"
Orous nodded. "Sound good?"
A small yawn came from the newly dubbed 'Emes' as he nuzzled closer to warmth.
Izzi smiles happily, "Alright. I'll be back here soon with the certificates. Licen? Come help me so they can have some time together." Licen nods and follows his mother, grinning happily.

Dear Journal-thing.
I never want kids EVER AGAIN. Especially not twin boys.
Actually, Eku isn't that bad on your ears. The thing with him, though, is that you have to watch him, cause he'll only whimper slightly if he wants something. Or if he's hurt.
Unlike his overloud brother. My GOD, that kid won't shut up! Even if he's perfectly fine, he'll just babble away nonsense things!
They're practically comple opposites. Emes is already learning basic words, and Eku won't make two baby-noises to anyone. Eku loves drawing, and Emes would rather just make a giant mess with paint. Emes seems outdoing, waving to anyone new, while Eku just hides in Emes's tail at anything he doesn't like.
Really, all that s**t aside, they're rather cute...
Oh no, I'm sounding like a mom.

These boys.... are going to drive me insane. It is very tiresome trying to make sure they do not have any contact with sunlight. Drana says they might not be, because they both like the heating blanket she bought them.
I don't think she cares for Emes all that much. She prefers Eku. Most likely because he's quieter than Emes... I'm used to loud people, so I don't mind Emes that much.
I'm still on a bit of a 'high' from Emes and Eku actually being born...
