I've cosplayed before (using my own materials), but not Watase characters. I was female Ranma (even splashed the hell out of me in the bathroom before I came out in front of everybody), and another time I was Kodachi Kunou.
I'd probably like to cosplay as Mayura Seno from Alice 19th. Or maybe someone from CERES: Celestial Legend. I don't know who, though. Have to think about that one...

i have always say it would be cool to make tanpopo's school uniform so i'm learning to sew and make it myself and cosplay
