Hinata doesn't need to do that. smile Naruto already has a reason has to why he can fall for her. Sure love doesn't need a reason, but I think Kishi did this on purpose. Naruto could fall for Hinata for the very same reason he liked Sakura: Desire for acknowledgement. And when he finds out that Hinata desires acknowledgement from not only her clan, but from HIM? Naruto always gave love and never recieved it. It WILL impact him.
And since Naruto stated "A person like you I really like!" [or "I like people like you" - Anime version] it shows Hinata is his type and that he can fall for her. ^^

I think Sexy jutsu is a transformation jutsu and as such if she didnt want to she wouldnt turn into a guy but still i think she'd faint before she even said the word sexy really

Hinata doesn't need a sexy jutsu, just transformation with revealing clothes.
Then Naruto would go crazy.
I am surprised Sakura hasn't trie to help Hinata get closer to Naruto, because she knows about her crush.
