underworld-girl I don't think they are so canon per say. They both have a connection. I mean, Hinata admires and idolizes Naruto. She really loves him. Naruto likes Hinata as a friend and finds her to be interesting. They both want to know each other more. But it all depends on when Hinata will confess herself. Naruto is clueless so he has no idea of Hinata's crush on him. But if she told him, Naruto might just start seeing her differently. Yes, very true. But will Naruto be creeped out, or will he accept it? To me, he seems like the type to get freaked out more than anything.

No, I just can't see Naruto not accepting it...If she confesses (which most likely...she will) she will probably run away from the embarrassment...because that's Hinata...And it will be Naruto's choice to run after her. Of course, it'll be a shocker for Naruto...but I think it'll have a positive effect on him...because then he'll finally know someone loves him...for him.
Ano...Naruto-kun...

Remedi Candy Quackenbush Cherrihana Candy Quackenbush I'm gonna rebel and say something random! Truthfully I think KibaHina is more cannon than either NaruHina or NaruSaku. I mean, I can't see NaruSaku happening at all (though I do like it a bit) and while I adore NaruHina I'm saddened to say I don't think it will make it. (Though, if they keep the anime completely off track and never gets around to going along with the manga it could happen there.) I can see KibaHina happening though, esp since the creator did say he hopes something will happn in Hinata's love life. Er, well. I can see KibaHina happening too but that doesn't mean its more canon. Its probably equal to NaruHina when it comes to whats more canon but NaruSaku pwns them both because they've actually had a lot more moments and hintings. Theres a difference between what you think is more canon and what you think would work.
But you've got a lot of courage to say that in the NaruHina guild and since the pairing is so damn popular XD But we respect all opinions here. <3Okie doke! I thought canon and working was the same thing actually. sweatdrop Thanks for the clarification! But about KibaHina... I really like that pairing and if there were a Guild for it I'd join in a heartbeat! I mean, just because I love NaruHina doesn't mean that's the only pairing with Hinata I can like... Or maybe it is and I have to start looking out for deranged fangirls. eek I, Captain of this guild, and Kairi and Cherri will protect you from them. xD We really do respect your opinions. Though I really don't care for KibaHina, there's nothing wrong with liking it.
=3 So go you and your courage-ness. <3Naruto always did want to be loved I think he'll except her cause no one else liked him. (Well about Sakura I don't think he'll get her. I just feel like she's too violent and I think she still like Sasuke.

NaruHina > NaruSaku.
NaruSaku has too many complications with Sasuke and all. And it's not romantic.
NaruHina has a base from part one to work with.
KibaHina is zero sided and has no development. NaruHina > KibaHina.
That is all.

In fact, he's gone, there should be less compications. And KibaHina is a crack pairing, I think. sweatdrop So any pairing like NaruSaku or NaruHina should have the advantage. 3nodding I mean, more of a chance to be canon.

But NaruSaku is pretty much existant BECAUSE of Sasuke.
Let's remember, than Sakura despised Naruto when she was first introduced. Without Team Seven (which includes Naruto, Sakura, SASUKE, AND KAKASHI), Sakura wouldn't have matured as such, and probably wouldn't even give Naruto a second glance today.
Also, since Sasuke left, Naruto and Sakura have been working hard seperately and together (since Naruto came back to Konoha) to bring Sasuke back. They are getting closer in terms of relations because they both want to bring Sasuke home.
Without Sasuke, Naruto and Sakura are two seperate people entirely. With Sasuke, Naruto and Sakura have a special bond.
If Naruto and Sakura got together romantically, there's no room for Sasuke whatsoever (NaruSakuSasu? No thank you.), and:
1. That's not fair for Sasuke, who I believe is, and forever shall be, a member of Team 7. 2. How will a relationship based on one person work and continue to exist if said person is not there? I'm not saying it can't or won't happen, but it doesn't seem likely.
And that's Iia's view. >>

And that's Iia's view. >> I agree for the most part. The problem with me is, I'm so open with my pairings. >_< I can see reasons for almost any of the more believable ones happening, including NaruHina and NaruSaku. Each can go in different directions entirely. As of right now, even though NaruHina IS my OTP, it seems as if NaruSaku is starting to get ahead. But as Remedi said, a lot of it has to do with their desire to bring back Sasuke.
Then there's also the fact that Sasuke has been gone so long, that Sakura has finally started to grow up and attempt to sort out her feelings. It seems to me that she doesn't really know WHAT she wants. She wants Sasuke back more than anything, but Naruto is the one that's always been there for her when Sasuke pretty much ignored her. She's a teenager now, she's probably really confused.
It's also possible (though this is probably just me looking WAAAY too deep into things again) that Sakura is using her childhood crush on Sasuke as an emotional crutch. It's familiar to her and it's something she can hold on to to help keep her hope alive for Sasuke. A lot has changed since he left, and very fast. Since she has liked Sasuke for so long, she's probably frightened of any other feelings she may now have, especially for Naruto. She doesn't want to forget about Sasuke, so she is trying to keep her feelings for him alive while trying to figure out any feelings she now has towards Naruto.
But if Sasuke does return and can finally become at peace with himself and others, his feelings could change. He'll no doubt be a very different person than he was before he left, so his feelings will have changed. Perhaps he'll even realize he has feelings for Sakura. But then that will leave Naruto out of the mix with his feelings for Sakura, unless Hinata finally steps up to the plate (which she needs to gonk ).
So, a lot of this actually depends on Hinata herself as well. If SasuSaku happens, Naruto will probably be really sad if Hinata doesn't say something sometime within that timespan.
I think NaruSaku can be just as romantic as NaruHina, though. Just in different ways. Sakura and Hinata are different people and have different relationships with Naruto at the moment, so they react to him differently. Hinata is a very sweet girl, and Sakura could be if she wanted to. XD This is all so complicated. Blasted hormones.
Sweet night, I like to ramble. This is kind of hard for me because my friend wrote a NaruSaku one-shot fic, and wants me to make a doujin of it. rofl So I'm gonna. But to stabalize my poor mind, I might end up making a NaruHina doujin afterwards.

She doesn't want to forget about Sasuke, so she is trying to keep her feelings for him alive while trying to figure out any feelings she now has towards Naruto. I really don't think this is a likely chance...Because before the timeskip she practically gave her LIFE to Sasuke, and was even willing to betray her village for him. Feelings of that level, IMO don't go away that easily. Chibi Naru -chan But if Sasuke does return and can finally become at peace with himself and others, his feelings could change. Also, if Naruto got sad of SasuSaku happening...Think how Hinata would feel if NaruSaku would happen...Its all on what perspective you take. Also, Hinata's theme NEEDS to be accomplished. And she has already confessed her feelings of admiration to him, but in Post-Timeskip she says she has more feelings. It seems that in Part Two Hinata's feelings didn't diminish but they actually grew stronger. Now, why would Kishi do that, if Hinata was to be dumped in the end? Also, the theme of Part Two is "People Accepting Other People" So, if Hinata got dumped...It would totally clash with the theme. Also, Naruto has accepted that Sakura loves Sasuke. Yes, he most likely said it painfully, but now he is just trying to get his friend/brother back. Also, if Hinata's whole theme is based on Naruto, it will most likely be ended by him. Yeah, just my opinion. Rant was fun, and sorry if I offended anyone.

Kairi.nin I was perfectly honest, and I voted for NaruSaku.
While I hate NaruSaku with a passion, it seems to be a lot more canon than NaruHina is. Maybe if Kishimoto showed Hinata more in Part II, my opinion would change. But as of right now, Naruto and Sakura have had the most 'moments' all together.
The fillers bother me. I've heard of all the NaruHina evidence[because I don't want the episodes], and it makes me a little mad. Why get the NaruHina fans' hopes up like that? I've seen a lot of them acting so happy because Hinata's been getting more spotlight and whatnot, then I feel sorry for them when someone comes in and says something along the lines of: "That was a filler; it doesn't matter what happened in it."
WHY make something happen in the anime, when it won't happen in the manga?
I keep thinking about the answer to that question, and every now and then it leads me to believe that the producers of the anime either favor the idea of NaruHina and are giving the fans what they want for as long as they can, or they know how Kishimoto is going to end the series and are already hinting at it.
I sincerely hope Kishimoto doesn't go with the MOST cliche pairings. NaruSaku is your average main boy x main girl; NaruHina is your.. does it even have a classification? It seems like a pretty unique pairing to me. I would love if it became canon, obviously. I completely agrre with you. While it would be sad that narusaku happened, i could see it happening as of now. And if they showed more naruhina fluff in episodeds that aren't fillers it would make me a much more rabid follower of the anime.

That's why you see that main-girl main-guy thing waaay too often. It's always a mistake. Naruto and Sakura are just friends, with the same goal to bring Sasuke back. Have more faith in Kishimoto. 3nodding His anime is far from cliched so far - why ruin that with a main-girl main-guy pairing? xd
