I decided to seperate season 2 for the poll into season 2's main story arc, the Avalon arc and the travels around the world associated with it and the episodes not directly linked to that story arc. This was mainly because of the length issue between season 2 and the other two seasons. I hope nobody minds the split.
I personally like season 1 the best because it sets everything up perfectly for the next season and all the character introductions were great. Also I truly prefer Xanatos as a villian, he's more interesting that way IMHO.

I liked Season 2- generally in its entirity. The Avalon parts were very creative, and I liked how the season ended with the Hunters. I had forgotten about it until I watched it again last weekend. Goliath was actually acting as Demona wished he would. The Hunters shouldn't have harmed Angela. ^^

i liked all the seasons, none of hte characters changed much and not that many new characters were REALLY introduced, but all of them i have to say lol

I liked Season 1 best, because of the character growth and getting to meet everyone, it was what pulled me into the Gargoyles. I was disappointed with the movie that came to VHS because they edited out some great scenes that were shown on the show, which is one of the reasons I'm excited about the DVD box set!
Though I do love the other seasons as well.

choosing between the two seasons for me is like choosing between my non-existant children. I mean, you had some awesome parts in the first season like, all that stuff about demona, and then you've got some kick-a** stuff from the second series, like Angela.
the third season...eh...the less said, the better.

It's hard to choose. I love the first 5 episodes of the first season but I love the last 3 episodes of the second season. But I can tell you right now that the third season got a little too repetative. I also didn't care for the ending. I'd have to say I like season 2. They add more characters and the stories aren't nearly as repetative as season 3.

I voted for the Avalon eps! So many classics in there! The London time traveling, King Arther, Avalon, Angela, The Mayan Gargoyles and the Japanese Gargoyles...

I voted the first season because it's been that long since I watched it. I don't remember what happened, but the first season is all I saw and then either we didn't get the channel anymore or it went off the air. I think that the since the first season really established the show and what it was about that it will always be my favorite.

Season 1 was wonderful, but a great deal of it was setup. Season 2, however, is where a great deal of concepts were woven together. I prefer before avalon, but if I have to choose a favourite from two wonderful seasons of a magnificent show, then 2: Pre-Avalon wins. 3nodding heart

I loved the First season. heart taped every episode of the show, and the 3rd season as well. (I guess the 2nd season - non avalon era)

 The first season.
The worst season was the Avalon. Uh.. that was a pain to sit thru. Someone episodes I enjoyed, like when the trio 'think' they came home to the future but it was all a trick of Pucks. But other than that... zzzz zzzz.
I also liked the Chronicles.

I haven't seen it in years, but I got one of the box sets for my birthday the other day. I just have to get the other one and I will watch them.
