Member activity is at its lowest now including moderators.
Anyone who shows up eventually, try to start sending messages out to members saying due to inactivity we are checking for non active members, and those who do not want to remain in the guild or are no longer coming to post will be removed unless they message you back AND make at least one post in the guild to show they mean it, and must unless they have a decent excuse, leave at least 1 post in a 2 week time period.

Okay Contest idea's that everyone will love:
No art contest (to start). Only 'cause some people aren't that good at art making it so that they wont want to participate (plus some don't have scanners)
-Dice Game
-Story - Maybe a ghost story (has to be creative)
-Video (like you tube and such)
-etc
(I vote for dice game or story)

As I said in the other forum we should set up a contest (but maybe not start it till a month after we send the letter) first then in the letter we send talk about knew fetures. There are a total of five pages (of members) we should designate pages to people (so guild members don't get the same message twice).
In the message we should include:
-Month limmit
-Contest
-Post at least once every two weeks
-If you do choose to stay invite some friends to join
-Relook over the rules! [Maybe we should add a rule about posting activity]
