May 4th 2005:
Today I joined a large group out people out to start off the fishing season right on Cirtus Island. Heading out with a green great rod and 15 pokeballs, I was out to get my very first pokemon. It took me a while to get situated, but once I did, I joined the large group of others. I watched as one trainer caught himself a Dratini that was a beautiful golden color. The next pokemon was a Magikarp. They're all cool and floppity. Next up was a Goldeen. Beautiful pokemon, really. They look extremely elegant in water. After a lot of escapees, someone caught a Marril. I caught little Kaspian shortly after the first Marril. Boy was I surprised and excited to see that he was a beautiful light blue. After little Kaspian, came the first Psyduck. Cute little fellas. The second Psyduck followed quickly after that. The next pokemon from the lake was another Goldeen. There were two more Magikarp caught. I'm wishing I'd paid closer attention to their colors. A lot of people got to start their new lives with pokemon today.
A while there at the lake though, I was starting to think I wouldn't catch anything. Little Kaspian gave me quite the scare. I was only on my second cast. Looks like second times a charm for me!

I've ended up like so many other Pokemon before me. It isn't as bad as I'd thought. I haven't been in that ball very long.
Got to meet some of the other pokemon at the shop. Well... I met one in particular. A dark Pokemon. A really mean looking Flaffy. He'd been eyeing me and some of the other water pokemon. It creeped me out and he homed right in on me. I moved away and hid behind some human's leg. The Flaffy of course followed, with this really evil look. I darted off again, and decided it was a bit of a game. I turned and taunted him, telling him to come get me. He did so a bit too roughly. He attacked me with an attack. I was down for the count. No fair attacking me! He cheated, at the game. One of these days, I'm gonna be stronger and I'll show him a thing or two about playing fair. Better watch out, Chaos! ^_^

May 21st 2005:
A day or so ago, Kaspian and I, were on our way to the shop when we saw a posted sign about a Pokemon auction. I'd never been to one, but I'd entered countless raffles for the shop, and so decided that this time I'd take a look. It had started out with me planning on not trying for anything, but I simply couldn't sit and watch the adorable little Skitty. This Skitty was special. She's a shiney pokemon, and truely lives to the accounts of most shiney pokemon. I saw her and I fell in love, so I did what most would in an auction... I bid. I was of course out bid a few times, but I always jumped back into the high bid. After much waiting and worrying, I finally won the little girl. I named her Trixie and paid the 18.5k I had bid on her. It was a sizeable sum, but it was definatly worth it. Kaspian is so happy to have another pokemon to play with!
Well, thats it for now. I still have to go out and get Kaspian and Trixie a new box of poketreats. Seems a Ratatta got ahold of the last one.
