Oh yes, the rules! All fear the mighty rules section!

1. This is a literate/advanced role-play. No posts under 4 lines allowed. I know it seems unreasonable, but if you're good enough for this role-play, I know you can manage (if only barely).

2. Again, this is a literate/advanced role-play. Check your spelling, it would be highly recommended that you write your posts in the third person, and NO ASTERICS! For those of you who don't know what asterics are, they are the * things that n00bs and people who don't know any better will use for actions. These are only allowed in out-of-character comments.

3. About out of character comments; state that they're out of character comments! Otherwise, we might think that it's your character speaking and all go 'what the hell?' or something along the lines. Either use brackets (pick from {{}}, (()) or [[]]), or state that it's an OOC comment by doing something like this. -------> OOC|| . If you choose do use the one just mentioned, please also state when it's an in character comment using IC||. Bracket people won't have to worry about that, we'll all know what's in character and what's out of character easily enough.

4. About out of character comments; NO PURELY OUT OF CHARACTER COMMENTS! That's right, you can't just post with brackets for the make-up of your post. If you need to say something but can't think of a literate post to go with it, it's either tough cookies or you PM me about it and have me announcement (because I'm running this, I'm an exception to this rule).

5. If you need to add something to your post, EDIT IT IN! It's annoying to read double/triple/quadruple (you get the idea) posts! If you accidentally double-post, please have the consideration to delete the duplicate. It makes everyone a lot happier if you make that small effort.

6. NO GOD-MODING! You know that one annoying person who's invincible, who's utterly perfect, who you want to squash right into the ground? There will be NONE of that here! I will warn you if you're treading on this line, but I will give one warning only. Breach this again and you will be banned from this role-play. If you have a problem with it, too bad. However, in the case of villans, I will OCCASIONALLY allow minor god-moding, but again, no over-doing it.

7. Not liking someone's character/someone's idea is NO REASON to b***h at them. If your characters don't like eachother, they can trash talk in the RP, but disrespecting them outside of this role-play won't be tolerated. We are all human, we all make mistakes, and we all have different tastes. Big whoop. If someone's idea clashes with your current plot for your own characters, then try and talk to the person civilly. If you are being abused by another person in this RP, PM me and I will look into it. icon_3nodding.gif

8. DO NOT PUPPET-MASTER/POWER-PLAY/KILL SOMEONE'S CHARACTER WITHOUT CONSENT! I can't stress this enough, but it's not fair if you take over/abuse someone else's character without their permission. After all, it's their character, not yours. If the other person is okay with it, then by all means go for it. If not, then wait for them to react! Like with god-moding, I will warn you if you're breaching this rule so that you have a chance to fix it. If you choose to ignore it a second time though, you will be banned from the role-play.

9. POST AT LEAST ONCE EVERY 2 DAYS!

10. Have fun! I know that these rules are extensive, but if we didn't have rules, would we be any better than n00bs? Didn't think so. Besides, in my opinion, they're reasonable. I hope that we can all have a fun experience with eachother and not kill eachother (at least not role-players killing each other) until the end!

11. If you've thuroughly read these and understand them, put "To hell with purple people! Unless they're suffocating!" (quotes included) at the end of the sample post you will have to send. You'll see what I mean when I get to the character listings.
