Well actually I think you have to take in consideration what the 'objective' of solo'ing is.
If you just want to kill a NM or solo a mission. You are talking about solo'ing one fight. Though to be honest I heard it best said that:
"RDM's don't solo, they just annoy things to death"
Now if EXP is your goal and you are a talking a job that you can solo from 1-75 all by yourself. Well that's a short list.
BST, SMN, NIN, DRG come to mind. Don't have too much experience with BLU so I can't say anything on that. Yes RDM can solo but they kill things at such an ungodly slow pace. Of course you can cheat and say any job can solo as /BST. I know thats how I've leveled more than one of my subs.
Pup well, its potential has yet to be realized.

Lyes Yes RDM can solo but they kill things at such an ungodly slow pace.. Yup! That sounds about right.

Pted with a pup today. looked like one of those ranger automatons. Pup herself was doing howling fists. seem's to me like a smn....except their fighting up front. not sure.

Sometimes pups can destroy, personaly they can do some serious damage at high lvls with SATA dragon kick
so far the soloer ive seen the funnyest is summoner on bombs running around like crazy tossing carbys out lol

Did some soloing with blue mage today. i may not be hi lvl but i soloed a T+ dhamel w/o loseing even half of my HP

and I soloed nin to 23 as nin/war. dous that mean it's a solo job? no. it just means I was real lucky I didn't die.

If you really wanted to, i bet you could solo ninja, its a very solid abiltys and spells, i don't know why you would want to because of how expensive it is, but its very easyily could be

Ok that Taru RDM/NIN Avesta is a Con Artist. Some things he has actually Legitimatly solod. But The video of him Bio 2ing "Dynamis-Lord" is bullshit. Thats Shaddow Lord with .DAT changes. And Bio2 + RR isnt soloing thats cheap But as to the Main opic of discussion up to this point RDM/NIN > BLU/NIN Even though i think RDM is overplayed and overrated it really is pretty sick when it comes to solo.
EDIT Nin can be solod but at higher lvls your gonna need /WHM or ?RDM and its insanly expensive. Besides XP would b a s**t load faster if you just LFP every1 needs a tank.

yea, Bio II is kind of cheap when it comes to soloing gods i think, but if you have 3 hours of your life to spend, its alllll you

True, but I was only taking it to 37 so I could sub it on my rdm for solo. Hated the job. Each time I got a pt and tanked...woulda had more fun sticking a spork in my eye.

I think PUP/RDM might work or RDM/NIN might work also because of phalanx or stoneskin. mrgreen BUT I like my RDM/WHM combo! mrgreen
