The title may lead you to assume something symbiote related, however... Not so much.
I found a pretty good guide on how to make a Superman costume at the Superman Homepage.
I was wondering if any of you have done something like this and if you had any tips even if you havn't.
Anyone know where I could get sme of the materials? I have no means of buying anything online, is why I ask.
A full body unitard black rubber stable/riding boot Plasti-Dip "FOAMIES"
Any help would be..... helpful. smile

Full body suit: Search ebay for the term "Zentai". TONS will come up, very cheaply priced. Be sure to get one that doesn't have a crotch zipper. Unless that's your thing.
Since you can't buy online, maybe you can buy by phone. Most of the people listing zentai on eBay have actual stores, and if you go through the listings you'll find their phone number.
Plasti-dip is available at hardware stores, but it's a bit of a tough find. Check your local yellow pages and call ahead.
"Foamies" is what the Bat symbol on Barb's Batgirl costume is made of. It's available in sheets at the craft section of Wal-mart or any craft store. For my costume, I bought an "S" patch on eBay for about $10.
Finally, unlike this guy, learn to sew. A costume that's held together with tapes and spray simply WILL NOT stand up like a costume that's actually sewn together. This guy's costume may be good for posing for pictures, but there's no way it'll last a full day at a con without starting to fall apart.

However, I can't seem to find a good blank blue zentai.

Per my New Year resolution, I have to get started on this at some time.
My first step is getting a unitard I like.
