If the pain from old relationship was to great or a heavy burden, than the wounds should not be reopened.
I did that once and, it hurt me twice as much... still sort of affects me a bit I suppose.

That's a very good question. I would have to agree that you should forgive but not forget. Also learn from it.

Also learn from it. learning from your relationships is something both good and bad...but i think it makes us a better person when we learn from stuff in our life It isn't good for me,it just makes me want to thwack the other person.

My one and only ex-girlfriend hated my guts for a year and half after we ended it then even later on admitted that the whole failed relationship was all her fault so that was pretty cool for my self-esteem. blaugh

old realtionship wounds hurt like a monkey!!! u like pick em and pick em so they never heal..then when sumone else comes along u expect it to heal automatically...when it doesn't it feels like a huge let down and u don't really know wut to expect ne more...its not fair to urself....and its not fair to those who have to put up with it from u.....yeup i'm a dork
