I'm not so concerned about who they chose to be the Joker as much as I am concerned as what they did with him. I heard The Joker in the movie is just gonna wear messy makeup and have a cut smile (basically Ichi the Killer with messy Joker makeup). I though in the comics (and in the 1989 movie) the Joker as his old persona fell into a vat of chemicals (as the Red Hood in the comics and as Jack Napier in the old movie) then when he got out he was all bleached out and he went insane. This time its basically he WAS crazy so he mutilated a smile and wore makeup, it could work. Gotta see the final movie to formulate a final opinion, gonna keep an open mind about this especially since Batman IS my favorite superhero
