I own Westernchimera.com through Ipower. They had a special at the time so it was the best deal I could find. Right now I don't care for the site I have up as my host is slow when it comes to images. Even those of relatively low size. sweatdrop

Although instead of switching hosts I may just make my site much simpler once I get a job. 3nodding heart

You use a lot of images/flash for your layouts. Did not take that long to load though.

my domain is stored at bluehost.com... they are good... and expensive... but good...

To answer your question about having 50+ domains. There are several reasons:

1. To buy a good name and resell it when someone comes along and offers for it (this is not good to do if you know the a company which already exist by the name). I am talk about names like slashpro.com or U3Z.com. Both are simple names but worth quite a bit of money and that is how some people make a living just like buying and selling land.

2. My reason for buying all of the names I have are for businesses, website I planned to start but either never did or are in the progress of developing, easier names to type in like u3z.com for development, or just the cool factor where I can tell people I own FixInternet.com.

3. To me it is just cool to be able to tell people I own 50+ domains. Its like saying you own 50 real estate properties but in the tech world.

These are just my reason for owning so many, what are yours or why would you own so many?

I have 28 domains at the moment. Most are fanlistings, fansites and random other things. I love them all. My fav TLD is .nu, even if they cost a lot more, they are still awesome! I register all domains at namecheap (8.88 or 7.99 if you have over 50 in your account) and host them on my server.
