So.. I went to an audition tonight. For a local playgroup. I auditioned for a role in "A funny thing happened on the way to the forum." Its the first time I've auditioned for anything in almost 8 years.
I've grown up acting. I've been doing school and community performances since I was 9.. but I stopped after I graduated high school. So I just hope that I did well and I get a decent part.
It was fun, and despite all the fear I had about forgetting how to act, I apparently didn't, seeing that I went in there and once I started reading, it just came back to me, and I had the most kickass time.
Anyway, I just wanted to post this. Teehee.

Well that's good! I've always thought acting is awesome, but I'm too shy to be able to do anything like that. lol. So, good luck to you!!

Good luck! Your much braver then I am, I would never be able to act, I get nervous and trip over my words whenever I have to read aloud, I couldn't even read aloud in school I was so embarrased.
