The World of Disgaea book said Mid-boss is the reincarnation of King Krichevskoy. Technically he's not the SAME person, but you know. Reincarnation's only 100 mana.

I believe that Vyers and Krichevskoy are the same person (reincarnation~) there are a lot of hints and signs in the game

Mhm, especially when he got very upset that Lahral killed himself at the end of the Anime, and it would explain why he was always around~
