Well my dad's old Crate CR-160 and my little XT15R practice amp are not cutting it anymore. So, I'm looking to go one of three routes: Look for a nice half-stack, preferably used, get something digital like a Fender Line 6 orrrr go all out and get something with tubes. Something like This
But, you know...maybe cheaper. Anyway as always any help or comments saying "it's crazy to dream this big" are always appreciated.

What kind of sound are you looking for in particular? Are you looking for the amp to do the work for you or are you going to use some pedals to compliment it (IE Distortion/metal/overdrive)?

Well, right now I have a Yahama Magicstomp (effects pedal). I'm looking for something that can give a more blues/rock type tone. So, something realiable and more than just a practice amp. =p

You can't go wrong with a Fender DeVille amp. Sounds like to really hot gods making love no matter what you do.

Well, we bought a Vox AD60VTX Combo amp. The guy shipped it today, so it'll be here around Wendsday. *squee*
