 I know its really messed up, the heads too small the arms all wonky, and some other things?
Help me fix it? and do some draw overs or explain in great detail whats up with it

...what you're lacking is a slight sense of direction; what do you really want your character to look like? More feminine? Muscular/Body Built? Abilities? etc.
Some shading would help a LOT, too.

The arms a bit wonky because, one, it's kind of just hanging there. Is she supporting herself on it? Is she stretching? And, two, you have her forearm being bulgy-er than her upper arm. Just tone down the cuves a little. 3nodding

The legs need to be alittle longer. And try to look at yourself in the position you're going to draw. So you can know what and where the arms and legs should be. 3nodding

The left (my left, her right) arm is just drooping there, the hand should be supporting herself up. The shoulder, when supporting something, normally pops out a bit.
Her right shoulder is nonexistant. You may want to add something; if it was backwards enough to not show the shoulder, the arm might want to show, and if the arm isn't going to appear, atleast give her a little buldge, just so it looks like she has another arm.
The legs seemed very short, the right more so. Don't mind the lining on her thighs though, I just got a bit confused at what I was doing X_x;
Just minor anatomy faults, but nothing too big. It's a lovely picture nonetheless, and the casual look to the pose is very nicely done.

The only thing I would have to say is that her feet seem a bit too small.
And the legs are a bit small too.
Not width, but length.
That's all I can see ^^
