I cant appoint myself a Mod, someone has to that. Mod's have certian powers. They can deleate and move posts. Add Poll options. Have the power to ban people. Also have the power to aprove people for membership.
Which I cant do. Because I have no power. I would love to be one, but until then I'm fine with just planning things. ^^

Ah! I see clearly now. But planning is still good. Maybe start a petition for more active Mods?

im not sure a petition for active mods will help much(sorry gogoillusionz). if mods need to attend to their lives, some votes for them to stay active wont really do much. maybe instate new ones? i vote ToeBoysGurl
my two cents: yeah, GBC can use a good overhaul, but even if you clean it up and cut dead weight, it comes down to the people here, if theyre willing to make it something it used to be. and so what if the oldies are gone? we've got some good people still here, and the reason i come back is because of that. the glass is half full as i see it wink

Not to be the downer here, but I find most of my mod duties as cleanup then actually doing something revolutionary ^^'. Its taking alot of fun out of being in a guild. I find that even though I like to visit some threads, most times im actually on involve me doing alot of boring moving work, cause people have put it in the wrong place or refuse to follow the rules setup, so im fixing what was stated in the rules. I think that adding more mods is just delaying the inevitable. Its up to the users to change the guild and not the mods. Again only my two cents. sweatdrop
EDIT: Would like to refrase that abit, since im tired. Its up to all of us to change the guild and with the support of the user base, we can make things happen. (hint hint, my ears are always open to suggestions or comment or anything aka PM ^^)
