This may seem like a seriously minor problem, but my friend is pretty important to me. She has some serious anger issues. She doesn't really admit it, but it's obvious. When she gets mad she breaks into yells and cusses and all that stuff. here was our AIM conversation last night. I'm finlfantasykid and she's UchihaKaira. Sorry about some of my randomness in there.

Then came the silence and change of subject by her. I also left a comment on her journal. I gave her some advice (the basic scream into a pillow or yell at an inanimate object/put it in writing) and told her there was some advice I would give only if she asked for it. She had some issues with their church rejecting them a few years back and I became a Christian about the time I met her.

I want to help her to create a personal relationship with Jesus but I don't know how... Any advice is welcome!

BTW I'd post up her name for her journal entry but I'm afraid she'd find out and get mad at me. If you want to read it, PM me or something and maybe you could give her some advice as well...?

wow all you can do at this time is pray for her if she ask for help you know help her out but most of all i would say just for now is just pray for her

This is a self disaplinie issues. Im not saying sendher to boot camp or anything. she just needs to learn top controll her anger. something that might help is to enroll her in some kind of stress or atheletic class. It really helps relieve anger and things like that.
