soul slowly awoken from her den that she had found the night before. it was not her normal den, for she had wondered off towards the east in search of food. nothing could be found. her eyes heavy and filled with tears from the yawning. she stood up, lazy, and wobbly. she shook off her fur, waking her a bit more as she looked around. dew still clinged to the grass as the fog from the the night befores rain fall still lingered about. the sun had barely rose over the horizen as it peeked through to create shadows on the tree's. souls yellow eyes, not as strong for the lack of sleep, peered around. she took a step out into the open, the dew grasping to her fur, making it wet. she wagged her tail slightly, as the freash morning smell came to scent. she enjoyed the silence, when no one was around. she had changed from as she was as a child. more carefree. although she knew she couldn't survive alone, for now, this was fine. she sniffed at the moist ground, taking in mixed scents from all around, yet one in preticular stood out. two-legged. my the smell it was a female. not far from here either, she must had seen soul, she must have! but why didn't she...not time for why's now, soul thought. she began to search, smelling for the humans scent, tring to find were they might be. this smell was now familar. it had the faintness of the young girl she met before. but it was different, maybe her mother? or sibling. her thoughts raced as she began to sprint quicker, with excitement.

Hantaywee sat up. the smell of meat charing on the fire floated through the air. although she didn't wish to get up, she had to. her feet moved around in the bear skin blanket sewn by her mother Enkoodabaoo and many other women in the tribe. she sat up, her long black hair swayed slightly as the the small feather head band she wore shook. a small baby eagle feather was placed in the middle of the band to look as though a jewel was placed on her forehead. her arms streched out as a yawn exited her throut. she sighed as she stood up, and walked out of the small like home. the smell of dew and morning plants opening rushed into her nose as she smiled. her light hazle eyes blinked quickly as she spoted her mother. her garments were being hanged now from dring, and she quickly grabbed them, and ran towards the small house again. with a little time to spare she had changed into her normal, black dress designed with brown and red feathers, that hung around it. it slanted at the top, so it didn't cover her neck area, but began the sleeve at the edge of the shoulders. clay beaded braclets were on her left ankle, and right wrist, which her mother had given her.
Hantaywee walked towards one of the members of the tribe. he had been turning meat for a while. the fire blazed as it mezmorized Hanta. she squinted as she began to tear, and walked towards her mother, who was shorter then her now, but not by much. she made a grumble noise. her mother replyed quickly with a soft gurggle sound and then placed a hand on Hanta's shoulder. Hanta sighed quickly, then turned, towards the woods, there was always a fallen log there, were she took her afternoon seats and played an instrument that the tribe had built. only one was in the tribe, as it was hard to create. she had placed a feather on it for everytime she could hear her song, echo through the woods, and a wolf answer her. not ever knowing who this wolf was, she was always baffled, and continued to place feathers onto them. there was 16 multicolored feathers now on the flute. each time, the same howl coming to Hanta's ears. yet this time it was different, for she was going to start in the morning. she took a seat quickly, and placed the wooden instrument to her mouth, playing nothing in priticular. 3 holes were on the flute, yet it could still play interesting sounds. as the sounds echoed through the woods, the slight howls and barks could be heard, and they were closer then before...

soul's ears pricked as she heard the haunting sound. although it didn't bother her, more like soothed her, she always howled to it. this time though, the sound was louder, so she must be close. the scent of the human that had passed her den was close. her body gittered as her head rolled back, into a howl, and yips and barks. she was now in hyper mode. she ran towards the sound, not careing if there was danger. her body moved quicker then before, and now that she was older, she was now more capable of dodging things, yet not things that came full blast. she came to a quick stop as the scent was strong now. her nose touched the ground quickly. the fog and dew disappeared now, and it was now easier to smell. she yellow eyes looked in front of her. there, sat a two-legged, playing the haunting rythme's.

Hantaywee's eyes were closed, she had been in trance with the music, but suddenly, they were opened by the sound of twigs brakeing. her flute fell to the ground as she sat on the log. her eyes wide, her jaw hung open. she gasped quickly then looked to her back. she found a small pile of meat, yet it wasn't to many. she grabbed them and moved slowly towards soul again, not moving, not afraid, and not about to make this wolf angry. she tossed some meat towards the wolf, blinking quickly, and wanting to touch the wolf. her fox like pelt was something she had never seen before. and the wolfs yellow eyes, distracted Hanta many times. her eyes could not be taken off the wolf.

souls pelt shone as the sun gradually rose into the moring sky. soul's fur had dried of its wetness as her eyes gazed towards the two-legged. the music was something soul loved, it always filled her mind with wonderous thoughts. souls head rose high as she peered into the eyes of the girl. her tail curled, cutting through the air. a bark penitrated from souls maw as she stared at the woman. her outfit was odd, nothing soul had ever seen before, and her eyes. they were green, as the grass, yet mixed with the water from the river. soul was quite confused with that, yet she shook it off. soul's feet moved fowards, as did her watchful eye. making sure, the two-legged did'nt do something she would soon regret. she quickly moved her head down, her yellow eyes watching her, as she ate a peice of meat. the soft, juicyness of it, made soul want to eat more, yet she didn't. she backed up slowly, then looked to the girl. it was her move now...

Hanta froze. she looked into souls eyes once more. wanting to stand now. her hand reached out towards soul, as if wanting phyisical contact, yet it stoped half way, seeing if soul would react.
((going to put them in one post))
soul watched as the hand reached towards her, her body shook, then she snapped at it, missing it, not wanting to bite it, and then she stood her ground. she just met this...this human, and they already wished her trust? no...thats not how it worked with soul. her tail curled high as a pitch of loud notes came from souls mouth. the barks were continuous as they floated from her maw. she then bared her teeth, and Growled.
Hanta flinched, jerking her hand back, and letting out a slight screech. she then calmed her self, looking at the wolf. she smiled, then passed the wolf more meat, then held out her hand once more.
soul sniffed at the meat, then looked to the hand. she didn't trust the human, and then quickly bolted back into the forest, were she ran back to her den. this was enough for one day ((XD)) she curled up in her den, sniffing around once or twice, then falling asleep, thinking of the woman. the sounds of crickets could be heard, as the white moon drowned the forest in its blazing white light.
Hanta stared in disbelife as the wolf ran. she sighed softly as the 2nd ball of white light as she called it was riseing into the black sky. specks of white could be seen around the large ball in the sky, as she lowered her hazle eyes to the ground. lifting the flute, and the meat into her hands, she moved back towards her home. were she fell into a deep sleep.
((ok day two will probably be tomorrow **friday september 24 some time. so yea.))

Hanta woke suddenly. her long hair swaying in the gentle currents of the wind. she looked around, the tent like house was still up, and her mother out in the open. she sighed, sweat bullets running down her complextion. she stood, her dream hitting her suddenly, she let out a soft scream, that didn't seem to catch anyones attention. the dream haunted her mind, floating around her every thought. she let out winces and screeches as the petrifiying images of her family getting killed and murdered, and her life at stake. she clutched her head, it burned intensly. she then opened her eyes, riseing them to the fan she had made of loose material she found around. her eyes fixed apoun the wolf that looked just like....just like the wolf she met the other day! her hand reached up, grabbing the fan and peering deeply into the yellow orbs of the wolf. she let out a low grumble, then spoke clearly, for once. "soul." thats what she'd name the nameless wolf! yet she looked at the fan again. her head cocking to the side, her hair sliding off the drying wettness of her sweat. she saved....my life...in the dream. her eyes blinking. this dream...it...was so real...her mind raced again as she stoped her self, her mother walked in a smiled, grumbling somehthing, then walking out. Hanta walked out of the home structure, her eyes alert for any sign of Soul.
