Kyrre is attempting to have somebody murder Tenkai’s children, and have the blame placed on the people residing in the warehouse. This is an attempt to cause conflict and mistrust between the people living there because Kyrre believes the races have become too soft..

He tried to get Morbidea to do it using her pendant as leverage, but failed. He is now trying to get mercs to do it. Morbidea is the only person who knows his dark intentions.

A mercenary by order of Zin has killed Tenkai's children, and has left the blame to the folks living in the warehouse.

Only Morbidea knows Kyrre's intentions. Mortis heard Kyrre and Morbidea talking, but Morbidea has backed up Kyrre's story that he was not asking her to kill the children.

Kyrre was in the graveyard defending Angel and Deo at the time of the childrens deaths. He saved Angels life twice, and Angel believes that Kyrre had nothing to do with the killings. The only person now suspecting Kyrre is Mortis, who has no proof and nobody on his side.

Angel has given birth. If Tenkai is to retaliate against 'the warehouse' - this child should be kept guarded..

Divisions are becoming visible between Angel & Deo, Mortis, and Tenkai.

HISSS has been found responsible for the murder. It is likely that the aforementioned will attack HISSS. It is still unknown who ordered the attacks. Kyrre is a likely candidate, but there is not a lot of proof.

The high ups in the Lycan hierarchy have claimed responsibility for the hiring of a killer to kill Tenkai's children. In addition, they have stated that the new race seeping through the planar rifts is taking over parts of their territory. This was only the beginning - The Lycans are pissed at the Tainted, and will continue to attack them in full force.

The Lycans are now at war with the Tainted.

Deo is killed by an affiliate of Dusks.

Echo / Jaden Drahken was killed by Krii'Ouse

Zero & Akina raze the warehouse to the ground. It is uncertain as to whether they are working for Lycans, or a Tainted civil war is breaking out.

Angel is killed.. twice.

Morbidea is killed by Gabriel, her sire. He was angry that she lost the pendant he gave her.

Mortis is killed, it is unclear why, but with him dies the remaining thought that Kyrre is to blame.. this makes Kyrre a happy vampy. (Lmao XD - Rikku)

The apartments have been blown up, it is unsure why, though the Lycans are thought to be behind it since many Tainted live there. The war rages on.

Many Lycans are ending up dead at the hands of a Tainted elder. Notes have been left stating that the war has started!

Lycans respond by killing and mutilating no less than 4 tainted of varying kinds, and dumping them behind demonic ties. The message "Hi Tainted. Thought Some Of You Might Be Homesick So Here's A Little Reminder Of Hell. You'll Be Seeing More Of It Soon Enough..." Is also written in blood at the site.

Previous history:

Medieval era:
-Rikku, Rufus, Miggy and Kyrre lead the war of the scourge and close the chaos gates.

DNY era:
-Rikku kills a high profile demon and manages to pin the blame on the Lycans. Because of this the Demons also declare war on the Lycans, and the Vampires gain an upper hand.

-Mathadus, a lycan alpha male conspires with the demons to kill off all remaining lycans.
Kinikki kills Mathadus and becomes the alpha male.
Mathadus possesses Kinikki and escalates the war, ending in him strapping a large bomb around himself in a bid to destroy part of NY. The bomb is forcibly removed from Kinikki, but explodes. Kyrre dives off a building, rescuing Kinikki from the explosion, and numbing the feuds between the Vampires and Lycans.

-Shadow shi kidnaps Rikku Kyrre, Xandora and Neko. Rikku escapes with the help of Kyrre, but in doing so suffers great injuries. She then convinces Zei to rescue Kyrre, who then decides to free the Lycans and Demon from the prison as well. Asmodai kills Shadow shi.

-Asmodais revolution causes people to turn on their elders. Velante banded the elders together. Rikku, Kyrre, Velante, Xandora and Kinikki slew their subordinates and threw Asmodai from power, settling the conflict and regaining order.

-Kiris the FBI agent finds the aftermath of the revolution and reports it. The blood
Spilt is investigated and Project Regenerate is born. Kinikki is the only person on file from the blood, and is taken by the FBI for tests. Many super soldiers with lycan and vampire traits are created as a result, though the army does not know why these traits occur. The ‘Razorteeth’ are killed.

-New York suffers mass flooding, when the flooding resides it leaves a strange plague that killed many until a cure was found by Xandora.

-Mauser and his Alignment of Archangels started to secretly kill members of the three immortal races, as well as some of the hunters. The immortals blamed the hunters for the killings, causing tension between them. Eventually, the huntress Lydia was abducted by Mauser's group and forced to work for them. The hunters rushed to save their fellow hunter and called upon the aid of the immortal races. Together they all destroyed Mauser's center of operations, though he escaped with his right hand man Sniper, probably to come back and attack the immortals another day.

-The Vampire Elders, Rikku, Kyrre, Alexz and Rogue all consumed a black diamond after completing an ancient ritual. A year later, they gained the power to walk in daylight and slaughtered many people throughout New York of all races. Their bloodrage grew, however, and became uncontrollable.

- The Vampire Elders betrayed the neutral pacts and began fighting inside of Demonic Ties, merely to get the other races elder's attention. A fight ensued at the docks, between all races. The fight was long and bloody, and the other races sought to rid the vampires of their recent power to walk in the daylight. Alexz's diamond was ripped from her in the fight by the Tainted elder, Neko. None died in the end, but after the fight was over, everyone badly beaten, the vampire elders ripped the diamonds from themselves, the bloodrage too strong to stand.

-The Knights of the Seraphim infiltrated New York City to get rid of impurities within the Hunter ranks. They posed as high and lofty messengers on behalf of the pope and slaughtered a great deal of immortals. They then mysteriously dispersed.

The Black Diamonds of Myth and Chapter One

It was said there was an ancient Thaumaturgical ritual that lasted for a year. It involved scratching the symbols of life and death into a diamond, and then exposing the diamond to 24 hours of direct sunlight (So the diamond would have to travel around the world) Then, the diamond was to be ingested and then the year commemced. After the year (And the digestion of the diamond) the vampire who ingested it would be 100% immune to the effects of fire, heat, and sunlight. Any vampire who drinks blood from the vampire who went through the ritual will become immune as well for one hour per pint.

The above mentioned ritual is the most tightly guarded Thaumaturgy secret. Elders die protecting this secret.

Exactly one year ago....

Alexz, the elder, was a bit nervous. She had now promised her loyalty to the coven but she didn't know if she agreed with this ritual. She lit a cigarette nervously but put it out after a few drags. Containing herself she settled quietly.

Rogue walked into the Elder's chambers in the coven confidently. The diamonds had just arrived from the 24 hour excursion. She remained emotionles as she sat on a chair in the room lighting a cigarette.

Kyrre came in next, a slight grin on his face.
"Has Rikku arrived?"

Rogue shook her head "no" as she blew out the smoke.
Five minutes passed and Rikku walked in with a medium sized box in her hands. She shut the door behind her and locked it turning to the other elders.

"You all look well rested," she said with an emotionless tone. "Kyrre, Rogue, Alexz..." she spoke softer in a hushed tone, "what we are about to do is forbidden, once thought impossible, a myth burried so deep within the vampire race, very few even know the tale. We stand representing our race. The time has come for us to become the dominant race again and to clear out our own ranks from impurity..."

Rikku's cold blue eyes seemed overly intense on this night, her beautiful red hair somewhat glowing in the candle lit room. She walked over to the table the others had congregated around and set the box on it. She opened it slowly and the four diamonds inside seemed to glow. They were brilliant...black, yet emitting light...gorgeous to any creature of the night. Rikku picked up a diamond and held it then slid the box to Kyrre, then Kyrre to Rogue, and last Rogue to Alexz.

Each held the diamond before them and Alexz sat rather uncomfortably.
She stared at the gem while she scanned the elders' minds. Closing her eyes she did as the others did replicating their expressions. They each put the diamond in their mouths then swallowed it down with whatever amount of difficulty one would find in swallowing a rather large gem.

ONE YEAR LATER:

The elders came to the same room they had performed the ritual in. Each sat at the table with four chairs.
Rikku spoke in the same hushed tone.
"Today is the day. When the sun begins to rise, we will be able to open our eyes to the dawn's light...if the ritual worked, we will be immune to sunlight and can walk by day. Test this theory, each of you in your own time...and if all is complete, go in the daytime and rob the lycan dens, destroy the hunters, and all who come in our way...we will launch a secret attack and we will not be expected. Rob them in the daylight. They can no longer hide from us."

Alexz kept her face emotionless like the rest of them, yet inside she felt uncomfortable and slightly infuriated at the plan. She just focused on seeing the dawn for the first time in hundreds of years, bathing in the sun like she did so long ago...
What the elders did not anticipate was the incredible hunger. The thirst that would grow within them in the next days would move beyond the realms of their control for some time....



After this so called meeting of vampire elders, a meeting of elders from ALL the races was called in emergency about the threat of Mauser Von Reicht. He was back in town and had kidnapped a young huntress, Lydia, who was with child, and killings were beginning to happen amidst all the races once again.
This meeting was to be held at Demonic Ties...
