I'd have to say Itsuki and Tachibana..
Both because they hot..o o; Not to mention the fact, that Tachibana had helped me a lot and neither Itsuki or Tachibana attacked me. :3

Hmmm...I think my favorite ghost(s) would have to be between Chitose (cuz she's cute), Itsuki (cuz he's cute (lol)), Sae (cuz she's so crazy), and Reika (cuz she's so tragic crying )

Sae Kurosawa at first she scared the crap out of me but once I found out why she was still in the village I was like 'aww' and now she is THE GREATEST GHOST in any and all Fatal Frame.

You don't mean Chitose, do you? The girl in Tachibana house who had the bell around her wrist, waiting for Itsuki to come back? You don't mean her, do you? xD;;

I think my favorite ghost was the long-armed man, because of the history behind the ghost. It was also based off a legend. I just really liked all they incorporated into that one ghost. sweatdrop Kinda lame I guess, but I really liked him.
