but it beats out that crappy magnum on h2.

Not when you have no shields razz

how many situations will you run into (besides custom and swat) with magnums no shields..
very few to none

I thought the assault rifle was better than the battle rifle; but it looks like they are bringing it back in halo3

My favorite would be the magnum changing but too bad they weakened it with that update.

My favorite upgrade (not up there) would be the Melee and how it lets you lunge at someone.

I thought the assault rifle was better than the battle rifle; but it looks like they are bringing it back in halo3

The assault rifle is not being brought back to halo 3
it is an assault rifle look-alike, but is yet another weapon update.
