I don't know much about the series he appears in, but Triedge appears in the game G.U. and the anime Roots.

DepressedOptomis he makes an appearance in every series. I didn't see him in the first games or in Legend of the bracelet or in the first series? confused

*sigh*...ok...I'm getting tired of people saying this, so anyone reading it, just know what I'm saying and shut up...I always hear that Tri-Edge is Kite who became bad...close...but...ITS NOT FRIGGIN KITE, ITS AN ARTIFICIAL INTELIGENCE THAT TOOK OVER KITE'S PC BODY AFTER THE FIRST VERSION OF THE WORLD IN THE GAME WAS DELETED!!!!!...if thats not enough think of it this way...After the Fire at CC Corp, The World was nearly destroyed, and beyond repair (this is after .Hack game series and the show .Hack//Dusk)...the only thing that remained was Root Town Mac Anu, which they used so the players could say goodbye to their friends...after that it was destroyed and a year later version 2 came out...since all the characters were sent into a sea of Data, an artificial intelligence took over the PC body of Kite, and along with 2 other AI's that used Orca's and Balmung's PC body...get it!!!SO NO MORE ASKING THIS!!!...anymore questions, plz message me and gladly I'll tell you ^^

Hmm.... Tri-Edge is a title for a character in the Conglomerate era. Tri-Edge is a title given to the player who is able to PK players and put them into comas. Tri-Edge also leaves a triangular mark in Lost Grounds. This is all I can say without spoiling too much about Volume 2.
Azure Kite is an AI that seems to be a duplicate of Kite. Such as, Kite expresses similar emotions to what the original Kite would, but it seems more extreme. Azure Kite also seems to have fragments of memories as Kite. Lastly, Azure Kite's IGN should be "Kite". We still don't know the true origins of the Azure Knights but there is two conclusions, either they are the TSN System, or soldiers created by Aura.
