they can only sue you or whatever if they can PROVE they came up with it first. a good way to protect your name is to write it on a postcard or letter and send it to yourself. the post-date will show that you had the idea by then.

I know Dragonforce had to change their name from Dragonheart because a Brazilian band already had it...I dunno how that works.

lol thats what happened to us. thats why we switched from the hybrid youth to party blunt. the drummer in my band decided to put some other website publisher's logo also called the hybrid youth on the myspace. we were about to get sued 15000 each.we had to change everything. well exept for the songs and positions but you get the point. in other words. its first come 1st serve. then you cant take theyre name.
