ok thats cool, can you tell me why I haven't found it yet... is it based on Ash's level? like do I have to be like at 300 to see whoever?

From what I have read and seen, you have to beat a a random dungeon with more then 30 floors and the bottom level monsters have to be level 300.

END
But yea, there's a requirement for alot of them.
Enemy level 300+ with 30 Floors hidden map 6
Enemy level 500+ with 50 floors hidden map 8
Enemy level 1000+ with 99 floors hidden map 9

Out of curiosity, what's the minimum level required to beat Etna and Flonne the first time around? I was at about level 240+ and they still creamed me (mostly Flonne, with that "Holy Arrows" attack - and I have to take Etna on first because she always bull-rushes me).
