hello. i am currently fixing up one of my old epiphones, and i am looking to paint it. i have already bought new pickups, electronics, and hardware...but the paint job is horrible, due to the fact that it was my first guitar, and i was clumbsy then sweatdrop . heres the question...what kind of paint is best to use? i dont want to ruin any tone, or resonation that the solidbody might have. plz help! mrgreen

use a flat color (wont shine in the light) and then use some laquer on it to shine it up reeeeel nice and sand off the original paint first
