whee I came up with a smart idea but knowing the way some anime companies work *COUGHS:Bones* they will revise it completely into something else.

Like deluding the story line! In the fma manga Envy isn't Ed and Al's half brother! There is no Dante and Rose's part is much smaller. Sloth doesn't look like Trisha. King Bradly is Wrath NOT Pride.
They took out all the developing on Ed and Winry's realtionship and Roy and Riza's! They even took out the awesome battle scene that Roy had with Lust.
The story could have gone SO much farther but not to far as where people get tired of it! Not to mention they cut out Ling,Ran Fan and Mei-chan!
So based on the idea I had from DNA say Bones takes that but then changes it mid-way to where a girl revives Dark and Krad to take revenge on Daiske and Satoshi for destroying her way to fame and fortune! Then she becomes whiny and annoying and tries to make Dark fall in love with her and forget the feelings he had for Rika. (Risa and Riku's grandmother)
Wouldn't you call THAT messing up the original story?
