Ok to start, the boobisons are HUGE. And she looks little & young, so its a bit odd to me. And since you already know that the face is messed, I guess I wont have to say anything?
But I will. Did you draw the eyes last? 'cause it seems like you tried to draw them in the middle of the circle, and the face is just way to small for the head and thee rest of the body.
and last not not least, the hair.
Look at the top of her head, then look at the hair on the other side of her ears. It doesnt match up.

But its a really cute-pastely drawing.

Hmmm.
I think it's a bit like you took the face and transplanted it onto the body. Or visa-versa.
They work seperately, and apart they look nice, but they don't fit together quite right.

One thing I love, though, is the way you used your colors.
Everything goes together so well.
From the sea-green and gold of the hair to the dark greenish-bronzey tones in the top, it just all forms into one big, pretty palette.
It's very appealing to look at. ^^

i never drew a cat girl yet.
but i like how its colored. also the face makes me want to eat a bucket of popcorn

You could fix up that face quite easily by:
-moving the right (our right) eye up slightly and further to the right
-and maybe moving the nose and mouth down a bit

I also noticed that her expression is a bit vapid. Like... she's not really looking at anything. You could easily fix that by moving her pupils into a more noticeable position... like to the far left or far right. And maybe lowering an eyebrow to make her look mischeivious?

Those are just my suggestions.

I quite like the big fluffy hair. heart
