Sorry, I had to get that out of my system.
But seriously, compared to Ayame from Fruits Basket, Kisshu is NOT girly. Wait, no, that's the wrong one (though Ayame still kinda is...). Compared to Ritsu from Fruits Basket, Kisshu isn't girly. 'Cuz Ritsu cross dresses. Kisshu doesn't.

Well, he has really long eyelashes and feminine lips... But most Shoujo Anime/Manga boys have long eyelashes.
