Simple thing. Gambinos a Flying squirl. He flied away when the tower chrashed on the sisters. And Gino did a Cody Banks stunt and jumped and grabbed those metal thingys that the helikopter stands on.

I once saw this weird Outer Limits episode or something, where these teenagers go out in the car and accidently drive into a lake. And they SHOULD be dead, but because no one saw them die...they're not dead. It was nuts.
...So, y'know, maybe cause no one actually SAW Gambino die, he's still alive. o_O
