lol I have no idea....but this guild is about as dead as this state....
Why don't tou make a thread in the Registered Guilds Forum in order to promote? Thats what my guild did!

Make a thread outside of the guild asking who lives in Ohio. Inside the thread on the 1st topic explain the guild and see if you can get people to join. More people will make it more active. And/Or you can profile surf and look for people who are from Ohio and pm them the info.

I could work on making some signatures. It wouldn't take me long too.
Also, with the outside forum idea, you could also make some contests in that outside forum to get some more people. Like Avatar Contests, Lottos, Bump Contests and some other stuff.

Make a discussion forum, i'll make a bunch of topics of random discussion if you want *loves to discuss things in a none violent manner* lol.
Such as:
Discuss, do dreams have real meanings?
Discuss, abortion?
Discuss, the state laws?
Whatever. If there's something interesting like that I'm sure i'll be way more active 3nodding
