That will list all store items. Basically in the marketplace when you click a store item it will tell you the price it is sold for. A deal is when you get a couple hundered to half off the store item. All you do to tell this, is look at what it sells for, and what the user is selling it for.

As for E.V.I.L. they are here to report Uncommons, Rares, Donation, and Event Items. When you click on one of those items in the marketplace it will not have a price listed for that item. It will tell you that the item isn't found/bought in stores. With the help of E.V.I.L. use your own judgement on whats a good deal when buying these items. 3nodding
