that would be Mireille*(however you spell it) not mistral but she's cute and funny! ^_^

actualy it is the same character she just gave it to he 4 year old daughter who plays with it now. She also changed the name to make it her own blaugh

yeah i know, but in this pic it would be from .hack//dusk and she plays as Mireille ^_^

id say mirelle...
she reminds me of someone i know...but that started with mistral...it still carries over...

but if you want to compare manga and anime also...
