I am thinking of changing things up a bit, but it is totally up to you, the users of the GEN. So I have a couple questions for you.
Would you like me to start the contest earlier than the beginning of the month, like maybe the 25th of the previous month?
Would you like 4 guesses instead of three, or would you like to keep it at three as thats how it always was.
Would you like a runner up prize that will be bought at my deiscreation costing between 1000-2500 gold?

1) I really wouldn't care when it starts, but it would make more sense to start it in the beggining of the month.
2) I think four is too many. It would complicate the contest a little, since people could cover a wider variety of items with four guesses. Three is fine.
3) I don't think anybody would mind a runner-up prize, but again it would complicate the contest, trying to figure out who was second closest, and things like that.

Start it earlier = yes.
4 guesses = no.
Runner up prize = how about only if the guess is correct. For example if I had guessed "marriage gear" and someone else later guessed "sword," or even "katana" it's exact enough they deserve something for being right, even though they guessed after me. But that's entirely up to you since you're doing the prize.

i dont know i mean 4 guess would be nice, but being limited to just three helps make someone carefully pick what they will guess.
as for starting earlier its just 5 to 6 more days to wait and it could be helpful to you incase you get busy. *points the what happened when they first did them early*
as for a runner up prize yeah that would be nice, since it would be a incentive for those who were very close but didnt get it due to what ever reasons.

- A dark/black sharp item (I.E: Something pointy; sword, knife, needle)
- An Item that could turn into something Huge (I.E: Net of some sort)
- An animal like thing that would probably have the colors (Orange, Black, Green, white, Blue)
Those are my three guesses.

I think the letter contest is pretty decent as is. Although, I suppose a runner up prize wouldn't be a bad idea, if say, the winner guessed one stop on, and the runner up guessed the other one someone close to what it is. Idunno, something along the lines of that, I guess.
